This is my second time ordering and I…

This is my second time ordering and I wanted to give a good review because they definitely redeemed themselves. My first order was last year end of 2025. I ordered in I think early Sept and didn't get my order until mid October and then they sent the wrong pants.

I really wanted the pants I had originally ordered so I tried again. I placed an order again and to my surprise it was shipped the next day and I received it today. Product is beautiful! Arrived in less than a week. Thank you swank a posh for coming through!

I am begging y’all.....DO NOT order…

I am begging y’all.....DO NOT order from this company. I ordered jeans and other items on September 30, 2025. The quality has gone straight downhill—cheap, tacky, and giving beauty supply store clearance rack.

I received part of my order in November 2025 and was already disappointed. Fast-forward to February 5, 2026 and I still do not have my jeans. Their solution? In-store credit. Mind you, I live down South, nowhere near their store.

No refund. No accountability. Just vibes and excuses. This company is unprofessional, disorganized, and doesn’t respect customers’ money.

PLEASE save yourself the stress. Order if you want to be mad, broke, and still jean-less months later.

I absolutely dislike this company!

I absolutely dislike this company!! they took over a month to deliver my jeans and when i got it in the wrong size, they told me i had to PAY to ship it back and they never apologized or offered a credit, this is my second time supporting them DO Not buy from this company.

I put my order in December 3 and never received my order

I put my order in December 3, 2025 and today is January 8,2026 and I have not received my order. Every time I email them they say the anything, this is poor customer service they don’t even have a phone number where customers can reach out to them!! Awful service!!! So disappointing! 😡👎

This use to be a great black own…

This use to be a great black own company to order from but the last 2 times I've ordered it has taken almost 6 weeks or longer to receive my order this will definitely be the last time I order from this site not worth the hassle sale or not and if they know it's voing to take this long they should be honest and put that in bold print THE SWANK LADY NEEDS TO HAVE A BETTER SHIPPING SYSTEM THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Service has taken a significant…HORRIBLE

Service has taken a significant plummet! I would like to complete my current order so I no longer have to deal with them again. I waited 6 weeks for an order and still only received partial. Nothing of the partial fit and getting an actual response is impossible, all generic templates. Now not getting a response for my return.

Stay far away from this business

Stay far away from this business. I placed an order on October 5 and months later I still haven’t received anything. The only “communication” I’ve received are useless, automated emails saying they’re “working on” my order with zero real updates, tracking, or accountability.

This company shows no respect for customers’ time or money. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I had to push for a refund instead of them handling this responsibly, and I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Don’t waste your money here — there are much better, more trustworthy businesses out there.

Update:
After more than two months, my order from Swank A Posh is finally on the way. This has easily been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I paid for a product and waited over two months with zero proactive communication. The only time I received any response was when I repeatedly reached out myself.

When I requested a refund due to the excessive delay, I was told it couldn’t be processed because my order was “preparing to ship.” That was not true. The order was only shipped after I requested a refund and posted multiple negative reviews.

This business operates in a very misleading way. Holding customers’ money for months with no updates and only taking action after public complaints is unacceptable. I genuinely try to support minority-owned businesses, but good intentions don’t excuse poor and dishonest business practices.

At this point, I don’t even want the merchandise and will likely donate it. I strongly recommend others think twice before ordering.

I WILL NOT MAKE ANOTHER MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I made an order which took two months for me to receive. I probably wouldn’t have received it then had I not made contact to threaten to dispute the charges. I made a mistake and placed another order which was my last and FINAL order from this company. This time, I contacted them about my order as to why I hadn’t received a tracking number because the same day I placed the order I received an email stating that my package is on the way. Fast forward over two weeks later I hadn’t received anything. I sent them another email. To my surprise, I received a call from them apologizing and saying that they were going process my order as soon as possible and that I will receive a gift card for my troubles. I received the package. I had ordered two of the Just Vibing Seamless Zip Up Legging Sets…a black and brown color. The brown set came as ordered and the black set was something totally different. I immediately gave them a call to try and resolve the issue & the response was that she’d add it to my notes under my order number and someone will call me back. Over a week passed I hadn’t received a call. I sent them an email message and the response was for me to mail back the item that they screwed up while I incur the shipping cost. I responded to that as I shouldn’t have to be responsible for their mistakes. I’m currently awaiting a response. I WILL NOT MAKE ANOTHER MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Gotta be a scam

I placed an order on 10/25 now they saying I’m getting a partial refund “store credit” but that doesn’t make sense their website is down and they are not registered through Shopify so how can they credit anything. This website is a scam to get your money without producing product just bs apology emails and excuses. They are not registered with Better Business Bureau either. I would not recommend buying from them.

Ordered ahead for birthday to still be waiting over a month

I placed an order with Swank a Posh on October 17th 2025, it was 2 Just Viving leggings pants set and what I thought was a pack of Slouchy Socks. it said that the product is usually shipped in 3-5 business days. Today is November 19th 2025 and I just received my order with only one pair of socks and the leggings pants set was not in the shipment. I've been emailing them for the longest and I get this generic email and when I call their number 586-460-7848 it says that they are no longer taking calls. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS HOW THEY ARE JUST STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY and don't have the decency for a real person to respond to you

I placed an order October 6th, 2025, and I have yet to receive my order. The only communication they have is by email which I have emailed 5 times requesting a refund. They keep saying they are having difficulty and never mention my refund I have already filed a complaint with BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this…

I absolutely would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I was originally excited about my order and waited patiently, but that quickly changed. My order sat in the warehouse for almost two weeks, so I reached out asking for a refund. As soon as I did, my order was suddenly shipped out.

When the order finally arrived, I wanted to exchange the items — but the cheapest shipping just for the pants was $20. I emailed them multiple times requesting a prepaid return label, and there has been no response to the numerous emails I’ve sent to them. My 14days return policy is coming up this week and no response from them.

The sellers are thieves. Their lack of communication, refusal to help, and complete disregard for customers is shady, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. Now I’m stuck with these pants.

After waiting 2 months for my shipment and sending several emails asking for a refund, the email I was using no longer works. My shipment just arrived today but the occasion I wanted to wear the outfit has already occurred. I've been emailing and trying to call to request a refund. This isn't great customer service at all!!!

I placed an order with them a month ago and still haven’t received any merchandise. I’ve reached out numerous amount of times and gotten the automated message system and now they are not responding until today. I will never order from them again. I’m gonna take this as a loss, but this is ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would- TRUSTpilot, create a way to do so, because online services such as SwankAPosh need to be rated accordingly.

I placed an order on October 5th and have since been going back and forth with this unprofessional business; The unethical practices this business demonstrates such as accepting people’s money knowing there is no merchandise to fulfill orders and not offering opportunities to contact a live rep have created mistrust with the public resulting in the severing of business ties.
Over the course of this past month, I have only received generic messages stating my order is being reviewed by a team and would be resolved. I was denied a refund because I was told it had more than 24 hours since id placed the order. At this point, it had been 2 weeks and all I wanted is my money back. I continue to email about the status of my order just to get nowhere and no one other than an automated email response. I will never spend another cent with this company. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I strongly encourage others to do the same. It’s so unfortunate that this business, which provided great clothes for me in the past, has taken such as negative turn which will severely impact their revenue
