When the headphones we had purchased stopped working in one ear, we contacted Shopsta who immediately helped, talked us through sharing a video to report the issue, and then sent a replacement swiftly.
The agent we spoke to was really helpful, understanding and polite and the replacement was swift.
Do not ever buy from this website.
I wish i would have read the reviews before ordering. The quality of the headphones is really low. It was directely sent from China, which wouldnt be a problem actually. But we want to send the headphones back because the quality is really poor, but Shopsta is refusing us to give a retour label. A webshop with a good customer service should and will always do this. So please never buy from this webshop

Hi guys I just received my new headphones OneOdio series A10 a couple of days ago I was quite anxious about them reading as many reviews I became quite familiar with the features it provides , one things I found remarkable about these so called experts ( most of them really are ) was they talked a lot about the quality of the sounds the unit provide , talking about the lack of EQ app,but I have to admit I use my headphones with Spotify and the EQ of it really enhanced the sound experience to a limit that these guys don’t mention , the unit doesn’t need an EQ app all it needs is user knowing how to get the best of your music experience using what the music providers offer , my personal experience and conclusion is they are a great unit quality and price wise I absolutely enjoy them, so many many thanks guys and keep up with the great work you guys do

Great shopping experience
Having used Shopsta for a few home goods products (office chair + desk). I must say that they offer a great service. Usually get tracking numbers within around 24 hours and delivery within 1-2 days via Yodel and DHL. Customer support has always been friendly and I’ve been replied to within a day or two. Can’t speak for how competitive their pricing is as they had the perfect products I was looking for so I just hit the buy button. Overall, I would recommend Shopsta and will be going back to buy some more stuff when the time comes. I’m fed up of using Amazon and I’m glad I’ve found another website to use which offers a similar service.

Thanks for such a great buying experience. My son who has learning difficulties was after a pair of noise cancelling headphones. After some research, I came across a pair I thought he would like on Shopsta. I purchased them and they were shipped the next day and arrived in about 3 or 4 days (I'm not quite sure exactly). The headphones were perfect and my son absolutely lovd them, it made his anxiety much better and he was much happier. To mine and his disappointment, the headphones became unresponsive with the bluetooth connection and had issues at around the 4 month mark after receiving them. I contacted Shopsta customer support team via email and after a few back and forths with Megan at customer service, I provided a video showing the issue clearly and proof that it was faulty. This was really easy and I appreciate that i didn't have to faff around with printing a return label and organising an exchange. The video was sent off to the manufacturer and approved within a couple of days. They then promptly issued a replacement to me and it was received in about a week. My son is over the moon. wow what great customer service I've received. I hadn't heard of Shopsta before but to be honest I will be shopping here again and again. It's nice that a company can stand behind it's products they sell and not just pass the buck and leave you out in the rain. Fair play to them and thank you to Megan who definitely deserves a raise!!!

Costumer suport not even answered to email after 3 days ,my order is not dispatched yet .I will cancel by PayPal I see now whay because is coming from China ,should arrive between 3-7 working days ,impossible if after 3 is not even dispatched, no tracking no ,just awful ,after replay on Trustpilot please don't lay I received my order after 8 working day and just cheep CHINA products. Although I initially received a faulty product, the customer service and follow up support was excellent.
The response from Shopsta was immediate and helpful and replacement shipped directly.
Brilliant customer service
I ordered a drone for Christmas for my son. We only got to try it out after New Year only to discover that one of the motors was faulty. I despaired knowing that getting stuff returned online can be a nightmare and didn't look forward to the to and fro of trying to organise it. We'll I could not have been happier with their response. Within an hour of me sending an email I got a response asking for a video of the fault and a commitment to replace the machine in its entirety. Megan was stellar and has now organised a replacement machine which has been shipped and all done in super quick time. I am.so very impressed and will not hesitate to shop with them again.
