Easy and fast!
Ordering was easy. Solar panels arrived very quickly and were packaged extremely well. Set it up and it works great. (Didn't get an email saying the order had shipped, or any tracking info until the order arrived. That was weird, but fine since it arrived fast).

Selection - Helpful - Fast Delivery
I've sent folks to Shop Solar for several years now. I now have a corral of Bluetti products, as a prerelease tester, and user. Now I needed some portable panels, and the best price is here. The folks are helpful - I send novices over and hear good stuff back.

The absolute best customer service!!!
The customer service I received is hands down the best I have had with any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an off grid solar kit and I admit was new to the whole solar world. After I set it up and had it working I could see that while I understood how to set it up I lacked some general knowledge on how the system works and was having difficulty trouble shooting. I emailed customer support and Nelson was beyond helpful. He took time to explain things to me in detail and helped educate a great deal. He took considerable time to write easy to understand yet detailed emails that gave me a great deal of understanding. I cannot say enough about their customer service!
