I love revelry products- I’ve been a bridesmaid and a bride using revelry. The materials are great, I love the inexpensive home try ons and the variety. I am giving four stars only for shipping time- I completely understand the need for time for custom dresses, makes sense. But I recently bought pocket squares and they had an estimated ship date of 6 weeks- it’s a literal square. Now, they did come earlier than that but it is a little shocking to learn a square of fabric takes that much production time

My robe arrived on time and in perfect condition, not a single feather fell off, very good quality

Working with Revelry has been the easiest most fun way to try on bridesmaid dresses. I would recommend them 1000x over.

Wow!! What a wonderful experience we had with Revelry! We were able to take advantage of the try on at home to choose the perfect bridesmaid dress for my teenage daughter! The process was so simple, convenient and affordable! She chose 5 dresses to try in 2 sizes to find her perfect fit! She is so excited and looking forward to the arrival of her dress for the upcoming wedding!

One of my bridesmaids dresses came in and was a little too small. Revelry gave her ways she could alter the dress to fix and even offered to send extra fabric to her if needed for alterations. I had a great experience.

Went through them for our bridesmaids, flower girls and ties for the groomsmen! We had no issues as the customer service team does an impeccable job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Revelry has the WORST customer service, they take 0 fault for everything and the fact they don’t offer returns when dresses start at $180+ is crazy. I reached out to customer service as we order 4/5 bridesmaid dress from them after comparing the 5th dress to their color swatch and surprise, the 4 dresses we ordered came out a different color from the original swatch. We reached out to get assistance ONLY to try and expedite the shipping of the 5th bridesmaids dress that now has to order because of revelrys swatch not matching the dresses they made and they refused to help until they can prove themselves in the wrong. We weren’t even asking for money off but in the sheer sense of time there is no way we can get this last dress in without them assisting in expediting shipping but they refuse and are going to take their time obviously coming up with a reason to explain why they are not at fault and leaving us without a dress. For brides not looking for more added stress to their wedding I recommend shopping elsewhere. Especially when quality does not match cost. (Check the website reviews for those! )

Where do I begin? The at home try on dresses are MUCH better quality than the actual dress you purchase. We ordered 9 bridesmaids dresses for my oldest daughters wedding and most of them had issues. The biggest issue was with my youngest daughters dress. It was WAY too short (even though the measurements I sent were dead on), the seam that runs down the back of the dress was crooked, the sequins shed all over the place, the side zipper was too close to the material of the dress and would get snagged when zipping up, and the solid piece under the sequins was longer than the sequins overlay! the whole dress was a disaster.
The customer service of this place is horrific. As a Manager of a luxury car dealership I wouldn't have a job if I treated paying clients as poorly as this company. They were very dismissive about the quality of the dress even though ALL of the defects were clearly shown in the photos I provided. I was simply told you can pick a "similar" replacement dress from our warehouse which will arrive in time. As I explained that ALL of the bridesmaids were the same and how stupid would it look if one had a completely different dress...they could give two sh!&$ I tried to be very pleasant, I explained that this WILL ruin my daughters wedding, and even offered to pay whatever it is I needed to pay to have another one made and express shipped. NOPE! Denied! I received a canned response via EMAIL because we all know how people hide behind their keyboards. Then to add insult to injury they offered to refund me 15% if I returned the dress. There was ZERO empathy from this company, no realistic solution offered...nothing. I couldn't even speak to a supervisor...I received this response, again via email, when I asked for a supervisor to call me: "I understand you have requested to speak to a supervisor, Any decisions regarding exchange/cancellation/etc have been made with the oversight of the manager and director, in accordance with our stated policies so we will not be escalating this issue further"
This is a horrible business! Clearly I am not the only person with this experience. I will shout from the rooftops to everyone I know to never purchase from this company, ever! Thanks for nothing Revelry!

My dress was not delivered. When I called, they said there is nothing they can do as I didn't purchase protection.

Funny it does not allow you to reply to your comment. And as I explained there was not enough time to order another dress which I made very clear, so I had to shop elsewhere. Your company still refused to do anything about it even after explaining that. Completely poor customer service and as I said before I will NEVER shop here again and will warn everyone.

I purchased the at home try on dress and it fit perfect so I purchased the dress in the same size and style. My dress came and the fit was completely different. The cup sizes were insanely larger so big that the dress caved in since my boobs could not fill out the cups. I couldn’t even fix the dress with alterations because they could not put smaller cups in they could only add more to fill in the space so it wouldn’t cave in. I did that and it still caved in. That shows you how big these cups were. I can’t believe they have an at home try on option that serves no purpose because the dress they actually send you isn’t the same fit. I’m so upset and have to have triple DDD cups on my sisters wedding day when I wear an A cup. Would never ever recommend this company since I didn’t get a full refund.

Their packages are easily stolen because they ship the dresses in a boutique-looking pink box. Mine was stolen and their refund/replacement policy is trash. I begged for a replacement in time for my sisters wedding and they would not even work with me. I can’t even get a replacement in time or match anyone else and they could care less. They would not even let me talk to a manager. When I requested a refund through my credit card they would not even work with them to help me out. Their turnover rate for making a dress is awful (10-15 weeks) and they just cannot produce inventory at the rate weddings require. Never buy from them. If anything is wrong with the dress they will not be able to replace it in time.

They could not replace my dress in 5 weeks. Not sure how you run a bridesmaid dress business where you are unable to plan for the inevitable. You pretend to care about women but clearly you only care about money.
