Don't buy from Eredon

Took more than 2 weeks to arrive.
When the 'Ralph Lauren' jumper arrived it was a very poor quality replica.
I contacted them the same day about returning, it took them over a week to reply, they asked for photos and proof of purchase, which I sent back the same day. It's now 10 days later and still no response or return address to send the item back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They are a con. The products are cheaply made, badly packaged. I had to wait 3 weeks for my order. No correspondence from them, the tracking link was useless. This is a Chinese company, that sell cheap imitations.

Misleading return policy

Return policy is intentionally misleading. The website says you have 14 days to return from the date of “fulfillment.” As it turns out, the “fulfillment” date is the day they send you the email that says your order has shipped, and the 14-day clock starts ticking while the package is en route. That might be ok if they used a fast shipping method, but they don’t. My order arrived 8 days after they sent that shipment email. So I apparently had 6 days (4 business days) after it arrived to submit my return. Since I thought their policy meant I had 14 days from the date I received the order (which would still be a short return window compared to most companies that sell online), I submitted my return 10 days after my order arrived. Too late. They refuse to refund me for the unflattering and uncomfortable $250+ jeans.

Very Uncomfortable Shoes

I purchased some beautiful clogs recently from Re/Done, my first purchase from this shop. Unfortunately, I relied on the reviews that raved about how extremely comfortable the shoes are. To me, they're quite painful. They look so nice that I thought to keep them and wear them a little bit, just walking inside the house, to break them in slowly. I can't walk 10 steps in them without causing bad pain, in multiple areas of my feet. I even purchased them a little big (I wear a 39 and purchased a 40). They fit small, strangle my foot across the top, and cause pain in the arch. It feels similar to walking on cement with bare feet, only while the feet are being painfully squeezed in addition. I attempted to return them, but they're not returnable. I paid $255 for a pair of shoes that I can't wear. This is unbelievable to me. Live and learn. I won't be buying anything from Re/Done again. Be aware that "final sale" means "non-returnable." I gave a two on the rating because the shoes appear solidly made of nice materials, and they look very nice. But what good are they if you can't wear them?

Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service

Poor Quality & Terrible Customer Service. I decided to "invest" in a pair of RE/DONE jeans, assuming the high price would be consistent with the quality. I was unfortunately very wrong, as they ripped after only a few wears. I contacted customer service and they basically told me my only option was to pay out of pocket to ship them to the US for repair. I live in Canada and shipping would cost more than going to repair them elsewhere myself. They eventually just ignored my responses, and going by other reviews I'm not alone! Absolutely terrible brand with horrendous customer service - I would avoid at all costs.

not the best website

I absolutely love the RE/DONE store, it’s my favorite store however the website is not up to the level of the stores. I bought the matching top with the cardigan I got in the store, and the website said it would arrive between 3-4 days and i still haven’t gotten a confirmation number and there is no client service E-mail I can message this situation to because they don’t have one and the chat business is slow. So basically they just ship orders as they come and go and as they please?

Zero stars. Avoid.

Tshirt received was poor quality and not as pictured. Immediately requested refund but given the runaround by support and eventually gave up. The jurisdiction of the European website isn't clear and they hide behind the ambiguity to prevent returns and refunds in line with EU /UK consumer laws. Would never shop with them again.

poor customer service and inconsistent product

Their customer service and return policy are really poor considering their jeans are almost $300. Also, each pair fits differently given the "vintage" nature and they won't work with you on returns. I would never buy from this company again.

As the other reviewers said, this company is a SCAN. No customer service. They hide behind their sub-par product and home they can make a few hundred off you. Good luck with their no-name customer service.

I would give this company a zero

I would give this company a zero.
They charge you. There is NO email confirmation. They keep replying with the just enter your order number. I only have an afterpay order number. REDONE conveniently doesn’t send order confirmation emails so you have no reference. No order number. And you get stuck. NOT ME! Going to fight the charge and will put them out of business. These people are SCUM.

Wrong item shipped

Wrong item shipped. I immediately messaged with accompanying pictures of erroneous item received. Got an automated reply and then no further contact. Sent two more messages which were likewise ignored. Now I’m left with a t shirt I can’t wear (not my size) and €240 down the drain.

Will not purchase here again Customer service is terrible.

Buyer beware!

"Customer Service" is a joke. I received a t-shirt with a manufacturing defect. I contacted RE/DONE, and sent them a photo and description of the defect. They gave me the run around through multiple gatekeepers, then insisted it was not a defect and refused to exchange the item. Their products are outrageously priced for such poor quality. I agree with the other reviewers - if you like RE/DONE designs, go through another retailer with sensible return/exchange policies that they actually honour. Based on my experience though, I will not be spending another cent on RE/DONE.

Sharing my experience about the company…

Sharing my experience about the company so others don’t waste their money and time dealing with this poor quality brand. I purchased two pair of jeans both came out to around a little under $500 …online through their website.. decided to return them the same day. The material and overall fit of the jeans were horrible. The customer service was even worse. When I reached out to them to ask why I got a a different amount refunded than the initial amount purchased the person on the chat sends me a link with no explanation and is one wording me. I had to go and figure it out on my own they had deducted the shipping fee which is fine but for such a “expensive” brand you would think they would provide the return shipping label at no cost. Anyway if you love the brand my advice is buy from Nordstrom or Saks you won’t have to deal with their horrible return process and poor customer service.

I ordered 4 Jeans on March 29 to Germany. The order hasn‘t been shipped until now! I never reached an answer from the customer service concerning my parcel. But the costs were already been booked from my credit card. Not serious!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAULTY PRODUCT!

I just want people to be aware that buying from Re/DONE clothing directly should be carefully considered. I purchased a pair of shoes that were not brand new - had clearly worn in leather marks and part of the leather in one area was actually torn off and then colored in with white out. I complained to customer service in which it took 2 weeks for an initial reply. They asked for photographs which I supplied and another 3 weeks of no responses followed by an email that stated they could not provide a return or exchange. After saying that I should at least be compensated since I have a pair of faulty shoes, they just refuse to reply back. Their lack of contact is a tactic to exhaust the customer from following up which is terrible especially given the item was faulty! They looped me through so many rounds of email where I felt like I was just speaking to myself. Their website chat service is such a joke too - they say it'll take a minimum of an hour to reply and of course - no one ever does reply you. I will never ever buy directly from them. You should go through a proper retailer like revolve, shopbop or netaporter where they actually help their customers!
