i purchased a dress on the shoprachelzoe.com website--they took the money immediately, no tracking number so emaile 5 times, finally was told they had oversold the dress.....your refund will come in 5-10 business days..
it did not....still waiting (in the meantime they keep sending me emails offering the dress--how many times can you sell it?)...would give a 0 rating but that isn't available.....it is theft!
sadly you cannot purchase through paypal--so they have my visa details! terrible! loads of emails to them but silence on their part. do not purchase from them!
