Horrible customer service
For the holidays, my son asked for a Pro Club zip hoodie. When it arrived, it was significantly larger than expected and uncomfortable, so I returned it within one day. The item was sent back in its original packaging, with tags attached, and unworn. Pro Club received the return on the 29th.
I contacted the company to confirm the return process and later to confirm receipt. They acknowledged that the item had been received and was under review. Since then, I have sent at least two separate emails requesting an update on my refund and have received no response. To date, my refund has not been processed.
While $80 may not be a large amount to the company, it is meaningful to me. I am disappointed with this experience, as I shop online frequently and have never encountered an issue like this before. I hope the company resolves this matter and issues my refund.
