I’m addition to all the below the website is now wiped off the net. It doesn’t exist, just like all their products. Would say avoid but they don’t exist anymore.

Never received my merchandise. Had to put a complaint with my credit card company to receive my money back also and reported this company with the authorities.

Ordered an electric piano. Given a delivery date and tracking reference. No sign on the date. Response email promised four days later and 10% off, and a refund if it didn't arrive. Date pushed out again by another four days. No 10% off. No refund. No items delivered. No more responses to queries. FAKE in many ways. DO NOT USE.

I wish I had checked your site before I placed an order with them. This is 100% a scam and almost certainly linked to another scam site - Shipping Way, who they claimed were the couriers for my £150 air fryer. When I checked Shipping World (after having waited and waited for delivery and just been fobbed off by Shoppingrate) I found they had a trust rating of 1 out of 100!!!! More fool me for not doing due diligence before ordering. Now have to do a charge back on my card as no response from the putative "Sales Manager" (person running this scam?) Anna Fletcher to my request for a refund.

Ordered a Ninja air fryer at £190 with estimated delivery within 7 days. 3 weeks later no air fryer and despite emails with a response to one of them to advise a reschedule date. All now gone quiet no fryer, not answering phone or emails. Avoid this company. Now to report to bank.

SCAM! Bought a Ninja Air Fryer that never turned up. Delivery date was originally 23 March, then when nothing came I checked tracking again to see it had been pushed to 28th March. I complained to Shoppingrate and had a polite email back from Anna Fletcher, Sales Manager, with an apology and a promise of 10% discount credited back to my card upon delivery for the inconvenience. Still nothing has arrived and there is no response to my follow up emails or calls. Very disheartened to see all these reviews by other people this has happened to. Now going to have to go through the hassle of contacting my bank etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As soon as I’d completed the purchase I had a gut feeling, and after waiting and not receiving my item, and no communication at all I contacted my bank. The payment I had sent had been set up to be taken monthly.

Took are money for a 50/50 fridge freezer no-one answer the phone and e-mail phone always busy don't use them

Fridge freezer ordered 15th March. Delivery date 28th March. Nothing arrived. Tracking ceased working. I left numerous messages on ansaphone and chat and via email. Absolutely NO response from shoppingrate.
Have now contacted my bank to report this seemingly SCAM business.
Strongly recommend anyone AVOIDS most definitely.
Would give NO stars if possible.

As with other reviews on this site my experience matches all who have attempted to buy a fridge freezer from these people it’s uncanny .

Highly recommend contacting your bank and reporting them as fraudulent if you have purchased from them and not received your goods.

I ordered an integrated Kenwood Fridge Freezer on 14th March which was around the going price. Anna Fletcher (sales manager), was very helpful on the online chat by answering some queries that I had, so assured by her responses, I placed an order and paid with my visa debit card. I received an email 16/3/23 saying that my order had been dispatched and was notified of the tracking number. I received another e-mail on 21/3/23 to say that my order would be delivered on 27/3/23 within their "maximum of 7 days". When I didn't receive the order on 27th and heard nothing from the courier company Anna completely ignored my calls, voicemail message and email. All she would tell me is that the courier company is "shipping-way.com" and would contact me. I think the courier website is part of the scam, to make your order look authentic. The tracking number only showed 1 line e.g. "out for delivery" with none of the history. They advertise 2 mobile numbers (07456 177809) and (07308 409867) which don't get answered or go straight to voicemail. I asked Anna to phone Shipping Way, but she didn't respond, she just said that they would contact me. Anna wouldn't tell me who the actual courier company name, she didn't reply to me mail, a voice mail or the on-line chat. As of Thursday 30th March my fridge freezer still hasn't turned up so I've had to order a replacement from a reputable retailer and I've contacted my bank to claim a refund against visa. The man who handled my case said "oh, that's exactly the same company name and story as another customer who called yesterday" which confirmed my fears. If you have purchased anything from this site, contact your bank immediately and explain that you think you've ordered from a scam website, and that you want to claim a refund against the purchase. They will take some details from you and liaise with Visa or Mastercard on your behalf. This company won't give you a refund directly, or despatch an item to you. If you have ordered and are waiting for a delivery just ring your bank or credit card company now and raise a claim.

Brought large item from this company (fridge freezer). Only 2 x mobile numbers for contact on the site which are never answered. Online chat intermittently receptive with promises of delivery dates etc. Date changed 3 times and no item ever received. Now have asked for refund and raised a dispute and strangely not responding to my messages. All transcripts of conversations saved. Do not use this site
