Ordered on 30 December 2025, Todays date is 2 Feb 2026. The company has assured me repeatedly that the needles pack has arrived, I have NEVER received any shipment of any sort. They are refusing to refund. This is a total scam.
I would give zero star if I could. I purchased the needle kit for $48+. What a lot of rubbish. The cotton is rubbish, the thimbles are cheap and flimsy. The needles are rubbish. They say they are an Australian company and their website states they will send a return label; however they told me via email that I have to return to a Chinese address with a tracking number at my own expense. SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUBBISH
The thread is synthetic not cotton, and less that what is advertised. Cheap poor quality items. The same products are sold on Amazon for a fraction of the price.
This company is a scam. Says they are based in Australia - but the product is to be returned to their 'warehouse in Asia'. No refunds, no returns. You can buy the exact same products on Amazon for a fraction of the price. For example their bundle - needles, ripper, thimbles, yarn and needles is $8.02 on Amazon but $42 (with discount) on Oryvo webiste
