I recently consolidated several packages, including rare, hard-to-find items. When my shipment arrived, one order was missing. Customer service claims they're not ignoring me and are waiting on the warehouse to respond but after two weeks I still have no answer and no package. This makes me believe the warehouse stole my item and is now refusing to respond.
I read a review the items then being sold on eBay - I now believe this could be happening. Avoid using - there are many alternatives.
My experience with Shopogolic has been extremely disappointing.
My shipment was returned twice for reasons that were never clearly explained. On both occasions, I paid the full shipping fees and shipping insurance, yet when I requested a refund, my claim was rejected.
What makes the situation even worse is the poor customer service. Responses to my emails were very slow, and instead of taking responsibility or providing a clear explanation for why my shipment was returned twice, they simply shifted the responsibility elsewhere.
To make matters worse, I was asked to pay the shipping fees for a third time if I wanted my package delivered, despite the fact that the previous two failed deliveries were never properly explained. Asking a customer to keep paying repeatedly without resolving the underlying issue is completely unacceptable.
The insurance I purchased proved to be of no benefit in my case, and I was left bearing all the financial loss while receiving no meaningful support.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shopogolic. I expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability, but unfortunately, I received none of these.

I see alot of bad reviews which I can’t understand to be fair. I only have good things to say about this company fast shipping and very good customer service. Price was good. Everything said great way to get packages delivered to your address from foreign countries.

I am using them for 5 years now. The service works, but its expensive. When a package is received by them, they give you half a dozen options of how you would like it forwarded to you. This includes couriers, normal postal services, etc. Most frustratingly the fee you’re finally asked to pay is always, 100% of the times, much higher than the one selected during checkout. Their excuse is, always, volumetric differences. Invalid, first because they do have the volume of the packet ;it’s in their hands) and second because corresponding quotations from the shipping companies are lower. So I do not mind paying a bit more for forwarding, but I do mind getting deceived.
They are not doing the declaration as they said, they are not forwarding the courier request details to you, what info is needed and how to reply courier.
Their CS "up to 24 hours response " is working hours, it unusally take 2+ working days to reply your enquiry.
An interesting company. It's possible to work with, you just have to know how. I enjoyed working with it.
Before sending my item to Shopogolic’s warehouse in Germany, I contacted customer support and specifically asked whether they would be able to forward it. I provided a link to the item, its description, and its value. Support confirmed that shipment would be possible.
The parcel arrived at the Shopogolic warehouse in mid-May. After that, shipment was refused.
What followed was several weeks of correspondence. Support responses often took one to three days, and I repeatedly had to follow up just to receive basic information.
Eventually, it was decided that the item should be returned to the seller. The seller quickly approved the return and provided a prepaid return label. I sent that label to Shopogolic on May 29.
At the time of writing this review, six days have passed. Shopogolic has received the label, and the tracking number in my account has already been changed to the return tracking number. However, the return shipment has still not been sent. The only information I receive is that the warehouse is “adjusting the invoice” and calculating service costs.
What makes this especially frustrating is that the entire situation was caused by incorrect information provided by Shopogolic support before the parcel was sent to their warehouse. Despite this, I am now spending weeks trying to resolve the issue and may even be charged additional fees.
Most importantly, the seller only accepts returns until June 13. The item is worth approximately €400. Because of the delays on Shopogolic’s side, there is now a real risk of missing the return deadline and losing the opportunity to return an expensive item, even though the problem originated from incorrect guidance provided by their own support team.
The biggest issue is not that a mistake was made. Mistakes happen. The real issue is the extremely slow communication, lack of clear timelines, and the inability to get a straightforward answer about when an already approved action will actually be completed.
At the time of this review, resolving this issue has already taken more than three weeks.
UPDATE (June 4)
On June 3, after four days of silence following the delivery of the prepaid return label, I finally received a response from Shopogolic.
I was informed that before the return could be sent back to the seller, I first had to pay additional Shopogolic service fees. At this point, due to the extremely slow communication and the approaching return deadline, I decided not to argue and was prepared to pay the requested amount simply to move the process forward.
However, when I opened the invoice, I discovered another problem.
The PDF invoice showed a total of €11.05, while the payment page still required €33.79, including charges related to the original shipment that never took place.
I immediately reported this discrepancy and asked for a corrected invoice so that I could pay and proceed with the return.
The response was: “We have forwarded the information to the manager for review.”
Since then, another two days have passed without any update. The incorrect amount remains unchanged, and no corrected invoice has been provided.
As a result, what should have been a simple return process has now entered its fourth week. Every delay increases the risk of missing the seller’s return deadline of June 13 for an item worth approximately €400.
The most frustrating part is that this entire situation originated from incorrect information provided by Shopogolic support before the parcel was sent to their warehouse.

In build calculation shows delivery cost about 40 Eur.
If I had known the real delivery cost in advance, I would never have used this service.
Very disappointing experience
My parcel has shown shipped for 10 days but tracking number has never been scanned into Meest's system. I suspect the parcel has never physically left the Shopogolic warehouse. I've left multiple email and chat support messages and only had one reply acknowledgining there was a problem. That was 5 days ago
Needed an item shipping from Poland, followed the instructions to deliver it to the shopogolic warehouse and then they arranged onward delivery to the U.K.

Clear instructions, effective communication, everything was done online, no delay with delivery. I tried address in Germany and Spain with delivery to Portugal. I will use this service myself and recommend to others.

I ordered a phone from a Spanish online store. Shopogolic received the phone; securely re-packaged it for international shipping to Canada; and handed it off to UPS for secure delivery within a week - clearing Europe and Canadian customs without issue (I did pay all required sales taxes.).
Only reason for withholding a Star is apparently their message system misfunctioned for a week and Customer Service did not respond to a critical question I had. I've received an apology and this has been corrected apparently.
Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
Note: Location really was Spain, but it was not offered as an option.

It's long, but it's very good service.... to get what you cant directly from anywhere, the packages are re-sending quickly but arrives tardly...... anyway it's working good.
