I ordered 2 hoodies since Nov 17, 2020 and i still havent got them till this day and no customer service really sucks

I ordered two hoodies back in November for my daughter for Christmas. I am still yet to receive them. I’ve sent numerous emails, on a week to week basis, which have just been ignored, I have had no refund. I had a very upset child on Christmas Day, having to explain to her why Santa hadn’t brought her the main present she asked for and I’m almost £100 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.

Again my daughter heart broken spent her BDay money on his candy 200 bucks he didn't pay her to eat chocolate rip off.

Great look. Decent material my daughter loved it. But it came with a seam undone and now I have to sew it together. For this much money she should be able to wear it when it arrives. Now I see why there are no returns and exchanges.

So i did order MrBeast squid game Merch i still haven't got it yet about 2 or 3 weeks ago they said it got delayed and it would be there in 2-3 business days So please get it here as soon as you can and email the shopping address if a problem comes up And i also order a 14-16 it better be good print and my size im small but im gonna grow

Terrible! Don’t do it.
Size way too small and quality is terrible.
Customer service is non existent, offering no exchange despite there being a fault in their sizing . Also they should advertise how poor quality the clothing is. These guys are ripping off young kids who have saved hard , shame on you!!!!

As a single mom, I couldn’t afford his merch. My son is a HUGE fan and he’s had a tough year so for his birthday I ordered him a sweater and t shirt. My son is a small 9 year old, I ordered a 14-16 so he could wear it a long time and due to the price. It just arrived and it looks about the size he is now and he’s nowhere near fitting into a size 14-16. The quality of the graphic is poor too. Luckily he’ll be so excited as he’s been wearing an off brand mr beast sweater I got off Amazon to death but as the one who paid $140CAD for 2 articles of clothing.. I’m less than impressed. The off brand Amazon sweater from China is better quality. The t shirt seems true to size, but the fabric is so thin I can see through it. This guy does so much good but can’t make his merch better quality? At least make it more affordable since most of his fans I assume are youngsters.

Never order here. Unreasonable prices for completely useless clothes.
My son dreamed for a hoodie and I surrendered and bought it as a 12 year old birthday present. Mr. Beast very well know what to charge for the clothes I ordered a size 14-16 years (as mentioned ... my son has just turned 12) and never have I so disappointed a boy when he opened the long awaited bag Today. He can max wear that jersey for a month. Then it's too small.

My son was a fan of Mr. Beast, because he donates money to people who need it and now I know then where that money comes from. From the sale of bad clothes he sells to his faithful followers at catastrophic prices.

Imagine having a conscience to rob people that way.

Stay well clear! Ordered 2 ages ago, not even dispatched but apparently ready for dispatch 5 working days ago?! Of course blaming courier. Read in a review about 'everything Mr Beast does for the community', his giveaways etc etc. Not too hard to do that when you sell goods and not deliver! Well done Mr Beast, looking good over the back of a [in my case] 9 year old's fan pocket money! NEVER EVER AGAIN

Went almost 3 month. It finally came to day, choked at the quality, looks like something bought on “wish”, the print is missing some color here and there. My 11 year old pay for it him self, the first clothes he buy himself, to that price, it should be nice quality

We ordered a 3-4 shirts and we didn’t get the shirt yet and it been around a year since we ordered the shirts and it never ever arrived.

I have been reaching out to Mr Beast for 6 weeks. My grandsons autographed T shirt faded when washed. I want to mail back for new signature.

I am very disappointed. Mr Beast was an 11 year old boy at one time. Guess he forgot that.

This is the biggest SCAMMMMM! It’s been over half a year and NONE of my items have arrived. Terrible.

Listen, everything went great, there was some delay but its the time of covid-19 plus if you live in another continent it takes longer to ship it feom america so be nice everyone and think before you talk.

I ordered the mr beast 24hr stream shirt and and it was supposed to arrive before Christmas and it arrived on april of 2021 months after I ordered it and even after Christmas and they said it was going to arrive before then they are liars and will never buy from them again.

It has been a month and I have not gotten my hoodie and t-shirt

Shopmrbeast is the best all you haters out there. Chris is dabbing on you you fat losers who has been paid to hate jimmy. To all who just hate him get a life.
These r videos where mr beast is kind and helpfull. e.g. giving a homeless person a home.

Ordered a shirt and a backpack and after 3 months i still had not receive anything. After several mails, i finally got an answer and they promised me to resend my order.
3 weeks later i received my order and 3 days later i also received my first order.
I mailed and they let me keep both of the packages!!
Super!!

I never received my signed shirt and customer service are impossible, however, this morning I noticed Sp Mr Beast had refunded the price of my shirt.
