6 weeks later, no delivery, no response, no way to cancel

I placed an order with Meraki on mid December for 6 cabinet knobs. After more than a month with no update, I tried contacting them multiple times via email and Instagram.

Not a single message has been answered.

It has now been 6 weeks, and I still have no delivery, no response, and no customer support. Even worse, there is no clear option on the website to cancel the order, so I feel completely stuck.

This is genuinely one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had; ordering 6 cabinet knobs should not turn into weeks of silence with no way to resolve it.

Very fast, the support helped me through the delivery.

They are a scam company, we bought door handles that never arrived.

The handles looks awesome at my door. My wife love it too.

Ordered the product on 3rd October, they said 6 weeks, and we have been chasing them ever since.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Under the consumer credit act you can request the money back through chargeback or section 75 order. I will be doing this and recommend anyone who does not know about this to do also.

This company is a scam . My 80 year old mother is another victim to their flashy website and broken promises . The handles ordered mid November have not arrived and they are no longer answering e mails . Do not order from them .

I ordered several lights 11 weeks ago and they have not been delivered. I have repeatedly contacted the company to ask for a delivery update or a refund and they either do not reply at all, or just say there is a delay. They asked for more money to expedite my order but even if I had agreed (which I didn't) they would give me no time frame for delivery. It is essentially a scam on top of the original scam. They are not even replying on my requests for a refund. Do not use this company at all costs. I wish I had checked TrustPilot before buying

I see the company is now leaving fake reviews.they DO NOT answer enquiries, there IS NO customer service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Waiting over 10 weeks, contacted the company twice, no reply to either communication. Have now contacted my bank.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER !! Placed order in October and still not received it. No update on when it is coming and they refuse to cancel it. Customer service reply about once every 10 days and are useless. stay away !!

Company is a scam. No sign of my handles months later. They eventually let me cancel the order and said I would be refunded but no sign of my money. Avoid

They almost never respond to questions about orders (they responded once after I put the subject heading in all caps but didn't respond again) and don't have a phone number.

This is a scam, please don't even bother looking at their very flash website.
Every email you receive a stock reply:
Thank you for your message. Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM GMT. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours....

And of course nothing ever happens.

Should have read the reviews here first, ordered products but never received them and no response to emails. They are surprisingly still active on social media and website still live.

Il s’agit de la deuxième et dernière fois que je commande chez ShopMeraki. Lors de ma première commande, j’avais déjà constaté des délais extrêmement longs. Les produits étant finalement arrivés et de qualité correcte, j’avais décidé de donner une seconde chance.

Il y a plus de trois mois, j’ai passé trois commandes distinctes pour plusieurs clients. À ce jour, aucune n’a été livrée.
LA COMMUNICATION EST INEXISTANTE : aucun délai clair, aucune information fiable sur l’avancement ou sur le processus de fabrication, qui semble se faire en Chine et non au Royaume-Uni. Des produits similaires sont facilement trouvables sur AliExpress, ce qui soulève un sérieux problème de transparence.

Ces retards ont bloqué des chantiers et empêché mes clients d’utiliser leur cuisine, impactant directement ma crédibilité professionnelle.

Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez ShopMeraki et ne recommande pas ce site, surtout aux professionnels.

I am an interior designer and regularly specify supplies for my clients.

This is the second and last time I order from ShopMeraki. On my first order, I already experienced extremely long lead times. The products eventually arrived and were of acceptable quality, so I decided to give them a second chance.

Over three months ago, I placed three separate orders for multiple clients. To date, none of them have been delivered.
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION IS NON-EXISTENT: no clear deadlines, no reliable information on progress or the manufacturing process, which appears to be in China rather than the UK. Similar products are readily available on AliExpress, raising serious transparency concerns.

These delays have blocked projects and left my clients unable to use their kitchens, directly affecting my professional credibility.

I will never order from ShopMeraki again and do not recommend this site, especially for professionals.

Just to confirm what everyone else has said this is a scam company which presents like a high end boutique design store. I placed an order on 24th November had no proper confirmation other than that it was in the workshop. Six weeks later it's still in the workshop the customer service email is in French and they haven't replied. Other than numerous statements that they are very busy and not to contact more than once. DON"T PIRCHASE FROM THEM!

Absolute scam.
Product ordered was never received.
Asked for refund and they keep fobbing me off.
I’m going to have try to claim a refund from my credit card company.

Scam alert! I order a lamp 5 months ago and I got nothing. I have followed up with the “customer support “ multiple times and get the same generic response, they even changed the contact email so it is difficult to reach them out. There is no way to track my order anymore, it appeared to be in the making for months and now it is not even showing. This is beyond frustrating. Is anything I can do to get my money back?

Like everyone else I had the worst experience with this scam company. I ordered an item, it was delayed. When I asked about it they offered to re-order it for me but I would have to pay again due to issues with their payment system, meanwhile they would refund me the original amount. What a joke. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. They said it would take 30 days to refund the money, which of course never arrived. They then said the only way to get my money back was to file a chargeback with my bank. There is typically a limit of time (3 months) for chargebacks which had expired so this is how Meraki scam to avoid paying back. Luckily when I presented all the correspondence to my back I got the money back via my bank. It's terrible that this company continues to operate.
