Poor customer service, delay in sending parcel, no communication with client
I made an order for almost £150 so according to the info on shopler.co.uk I should have my package the next day. Unfortunately this didn't t happen . After a few days I wrote an e-mail, I didn't receive the answer and the package also, after the next few days I wrote another e-mail to customer service because there is no telephone number to contact. Finally, I got a reply with an apology and that they are already sending the package. The next day the package was delivered, but not complete on the most important product for me. Summing up the 11-day delay in delivering the package, the low level of communication with the client, total ignorance, sending an incomplete package. No compensation whatsoever for delays in the package and the losses I have suffered.
