It took over a month for delivery The product is wrong . It was a cheap substitution for what I ordered not even close. Can't get the company to respond back. Going right to the bank to get a refund. Recommend not dealing with this company.

When I tried calling Everstride compression stockings with some questions, I get this automated message that all agents are busy, and to leave my name & #, and they will return my call. Anyway, I did NOT contact this Shopkix.com #, so am suspecting it's all a fraud. If they weren a reputable company, they would have theirnown contact #, not a conglomerate of companies. I do not recommend doing any business with anything associated with Everstride compression stockings, Shopklix.com, or anything they try to sell through their website as they can't bed honest enough to have a phone # to call that isn't connected to a master #.

Do not buy Nexa rust remover,it’s absolutely useless..this product is falsely advertised and these companies keep getting away with lying to the public

I ordered a Dreamweaver (Head massage) that worked 3 times lasting the 15 min on the timer. Then it started to run only 15 seconds and stop. I charged it bet it doesn’t take charge.
I have contacted Shopklix in order to return the defected product for full refund. The offered 20% discount - that does a lot of good with a defected product!!!! I sent all the info including a video that was requested but no results. This company is a SCAM!!!!

Never received the product I ordered last week and to the contrary you took immediately the money from my bank. Or you return my money or you send me what I ordered : Receipt number regarding my payment is 1919-4604. Need urgent reaction from your side

Only had a receipt for the goods I ordered - nothing to say what I had ordered except for the money I have paid. No goods received and no other notification/email etc. Complete scam = do not buy from this company.

I am only giving the 2 star review because customer service did attempt to make it right by offering a discount. These glasses I ordered for my whole family do not meet the expectations the noblu commercial advertises. Let me be clear it meets 0.

We bought what we thought was a Pest Lab product. they are knock offs and we want a full refund. They offered a 20% refund for something that doesn't work at all.

Item not as described when I contacted it took days to respond then kept coming up with offers of money off instead of return eventually got an email to say I was responsible for return postage if I wanted to return and the return address was in USA! Replied and just got repeated email back then nothing further. Absolutely gutted as could’ve bought same product off amazon for less money and better returns service - avoid!!!

This is my only order. I measured my feet and it was 8.5 and I wear a 8.5 . I received the 3 pair of shoes all to big I talking over an inch to big asked for an exchange and they just gave me 40% refund. So I have 3 pair of brand new shoes I can't wear. Junk Company

I ordered a Nordic sculpt 1 and got a cheap copy knock off..

All telephone numbers are either 0949 which if you search charges, you find some very interesting info of where these numbers come from. Try calling 018433343315 and it doesn't connect

Easy to order, great communication, swift shipping. As for the air cleaner, we started with one and well not have one in every room... One of the best investments we've over one!

Was not the item shown on TV no rechargeable battery what so ever all that came was a spray gun to plug into a hose and a spray bar it said on add 2 day delivery it took 3 weeks when I emailed who ever was replying was rude most definitely say well clear from this company I bought it as I'm in a wheelchair so not having to use a plug and hose was perfect but not even close to what was shown

I purchased a hydroKraft water jet for £40 it is useless. As said by previous review from Mr R King. It is false advertising and does nothing like a power washer that they propose it does. Emailed company and told them I want a refund and initially was offered 20% refund and to keep, I replied saying no use of this and want full refund. Their offer which would cost me more to return SHOCKING - " can offer a 40% refund, and you can also keep the product. Shall I go ahead?

I purchased a hydrocraft water jet for £40 it is useless. It's just a piece of tube with a small nozzle no different from a hose attachment. A total con don't deal with them

I purchased a WATER JET HND because of the listing being so real about turning this so called jet washer into a great power hose to deep clean your slabs. Well, I can tell you it does not do what they claim to do. It did not clean my dirty slabs. I paid £40 for a product that does what an orderly water hose does.

Never replied to me on WhatsApp and I assume even blocked me as the profile picture disappeared. Literally, thanks for nothing!

Update: I am not one of your customers. Not everybody, who contacts you, needs to be your customer but you would not know that because your customer service is 0.
