Superb speedy customer service
Superb speedy customer service! Received pads which were too small, they are sending out the next size up with no need for the hassle of returning others - I will pass them on to one of my daughter’s friends to benefit from. Will definitely be shopping with JOGA again

These shin guards are light but still feel strong. I took a few knocks and they handled it well. They didn’t move around either. Pretty happy with them.

The black tape sticks really well
The black tape sticks really well. I used it on a damp pitch and it didn’t start peeling. It also made the boot feel a bit more secure. Didn’t expect much, but it helped.

I didn’t think mini pads would be enough at first. They looked way too small when I opened them. But once I played in them, they felt proper. Good protection without that bulky feeling.

Joga shin pad sleeves
My son has had Joga shin pad sleeves for over 12 months now and always found them super comfy to wear.
He has tried other brands similar and has just never found anything he prefers to the comfort of Joga.
The customer service has been second to non when quereing a previous order and couldnt be more helpful. Excellent service.

My daughter absolutely loves these shinpads and has unfortuantly outgrown her first pair. With this purchase we found purchasing the year up was actually the same size we already have but when I contacted Joga they sorted out out straight away which was very helpful

My son didn't get on with the socks at all. We found them noticeably shorter, less comfortable and of lower quality than several other brands we've purchased previously.
The bigger frustration, however, was the returns process. The return window is surprisingly short, and the process itself is unnecessarily clunky. Response times were slow, with each exchange taking days, making what should have been a simple return far more difficult than expected. By the time meaningful responses were received, it felt like valuable time within the returns period had already been lost.
A good product and a straightforward returns policy should go hand in hand. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
Based on our experience, I WILL NEVER purchase again.
UPDATE RE JOGA REPLY: Don't pretend you want to help now, we were speaking for WEEKS about this. You padded out the conversation with offers of partial discounts til the window closed to return. I'd rather take the financial hit and tell the world DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER.
