This company is not only a scam. They charge almost four times the actual price of some items. I don't understand why Walmart would allow this company to be displayed as a shipper when shopping online at Walmart.com

Scams！！！！Took my money and disappear. Uncontable!!!

They are con artists ordered something 2 months ago still not received it and now taken £21 from my bank for a membership I knew nothing about. You do not get any replies from emails just ignored.

Me like all you guys has been robbed of £21.35.
It's absolutely disgusting how they do this without owners consent it's theft let alone fraud I will be contacting my bank at 9am to sort this out no doubt I will not get a refund
I didn't have an account well searched tried everything and it had made me one through Facebook the cheeky .....s
If the current situation with Covid is not financially burdening everyone now these awful people want to make it worse I'm actually fuming I can't afford to be losing £20 odd pounds.

Bought an3 items that cost just over £4. Now been charged 25 Singapore dollars, for a subscription I did not sign up to, and cant now get my money back. Disgusting, do not under any circumstances shop with these.

Disgusting company, £1.99 purchase so far has cost me £11. I hope my bank will be able to stop them taking more of my hard earned money. Scum

the fake company... they don't have any contact details... just provided a email where they never revert... i ordered an item on 15th feb 2020 and still not shipped... they are cheaters...

Like everyone else is saying this is a scam company, I also bought the tape from face book now i have $38.00 removed from my bank with no idea why i will never buy from them again.

Same happened to me taken money out of my account after ordering tape these people should be stopped bloody thieves I cannot afford to lose £20 !!!!I am going to speak to the fraud dept at my bank to see if they can help me as I have checked my previous statement so now is £19.12 twice taken out of my bank. Talk about learning the hard way !!!

Purchase ok then charge you a subscription which isn't clear or even mentioned...

I too have just discovered charge of 25 dollars for membership subscription which I never noticed when buying nanotape. Expensive nanotape which didn’t look like the picture !
I’ve asked my bank to stop any more payments and I’ve filled in a complaint form to the fraud dept. I have been told there’s no guarantee that they won’t take more payments! Even if I changed my bank card ! I now realise why my revolut card was declined . They wouldn’t have been able to take monthly payments because it’s not a debit card. So annoyed with the thieving
B******s ! However it’s good to know I wasn’t the only one to be had ! Let’s hope this place is closed down and fined. I’ve not had any replies to my e mails to them either.

Absolutely appalling
I ordered some tape off the company via an advert on Facebook. At no point during the purchase was there any notification of a subscription (if there had of been I would not have ordered). The delivery of the tape took ages (so long I had forgotten about it). Finally it arrived and was nothing like what the photographs indicated. I noticed a payment came out of my bank for the purchase price then to my horror I noticed a payment from my bank account that I did not recognise. On inspection the payment was apparently for my subscription - what subscription I asked myself.Then I saw reviews about how this appalling company has done to the same to loads of people. What I hadn't noticed (due to been away on holiday) is that they had taken a payment the previous month. It appears they would continue to take payments until I cancelled my subscription. Once noticed I cancelled the subscription and emailed them demanding a refund. I have heard nothing from them and still received no refund. I am now seeking legal advice.

Ordered some tape a month x ago. Still waiting for it to arrive. Luckily I noticed that they had tried to take money for a subscription (which I didn’t sign up to). Avoid at all costs. Several e-mails sent. No replies.

Like everyone else is saying this is a scam company, I also bought the tape which took weeks to arrive & I certainly don’t remember any thing that told me I was signing up to a subscription. Just as well I’ve spotted it now so I can stop any more money coming out of my account, these companies should be closed down, it tells you to cancel subscription by going into my account to cancel but I can’t even find an account to cancel it or card details to remove so it looks like a trip to the bank to get any more money stopped from being taken out which is a pain in the backside..Lyn

Scammers. I decided to check my account as I had ordered tape from them. They automatically have you on monthly subscription. I clicked off that and removed my card details. Be warned people!!!

Not even a one star, they scammed me bought tape that does not stick the price was £3.99 the took 60 Days to arrive, they also said about subscription when I checked my account they had taken 58p transfer fee and 50p purchase fee and on top of that £19.48 so have to ask my bank to deal with it. I thought I was the only one until I read reviews , my bad should of read first and this could of been avoided. But please be aware if as they say it looks too good, it is.

Please avoid. Originally authorised a payment of £1.99 for product never delivered.
One month later took a subscription payment of $25 from same account.
Never asked for and most defiantly not authorised. Clever scam then !!!!,

Ordered Christmas presents a month ago and have not received anything. I tried emailing them several times but my emails just bounce back, i have sent messages on their website and still no reply. I have contacted my card fraud team who are monitoring them for activity and to make sure they don't take anything else from me. Hopefully the authorities will catch them out and soon. AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS!!
