SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Please stay away from this SITE!! After paying for the bottle in and of April, still didn't get it!!! Answer by email from them like sorry, we have a problem by delivery, late.... etc... Your order is still processing 😭😭😭. How long time they need? Story for babies 😖

we purchased 2 bottles since 13th of May.. no shipments details till today how far our order .. Not get even 1 single email after purchased abt why the order delayed or anything. only said will notified by email once they shipped our order after we pay the order.

I purchased in the month of January 2025, a Hydrolite replacement bottle as mine broke.

The company sent my bottle to two different provinces and I still have not received my bottle we are now almost ending the month of June!

The company’s secretary Lisa Miles always replies very promptly and politely, but I still have not received my bottle from my purchase I made in January!!!

The worst customer service ever
I received two defective products three months down the line I still had no replacement
Someone called Lisa Miles on customer service should not be on customer service as she’s clueless what customer service is
My advice opt for another company.
Time wasters and they don’t take customers seriously.

Was after a replacement bottle as I broke the glass. Never received it. And now nearly 2 years on still dealing with trying to get replacement bottle. Basically given up now.

The company is a fraud. I have had two shipments not deliver appropriately and have been asking for a refund for the last year. I concur with other reviewers here - Lisa Miles is a generic responder who simply suggests you be patient while they fix an issue with their order fulfilment system. Please don’t ever purchase from this company.

Product didn’t work. Asked for refund. Email biweekly for 7 months. They won’t refund only replace and can’t even do that. I doubt I’ll ever see a replacement. Worst company. Truly no warranty despite what is claimed. Avoid.

Worst customer service I have been trying to get a replacement bottle for over 12 months despite them sending a faulty bottle and saying they will.

78 emails and counting over 15 months trying to get expensive spare parts that are paid for. Replies from "Lisa" seem to be mostly ai, incredibly fustrating.
No refund (asked 10 times for this and get told to be paitent).
Shocking scam company sould be shut down!

Horrible Customer Service – No Resolution After 9 Months
I ordered replacement O-rings for my Hydrolite bottle in August 2024. By November, nothing had arrived. I reached out and was told the order was undeliverable due to an address issue. USPS confirmed Hydrolite shipped it to the wrong state.

In February 2025, they asked for USPS details, which my assistant provided. Since then, no response. It’s been over nine months, I’m out $20, and I can’t use the bottle. Poor communication and no accountability — I won’t buy from them again.

The product is about HYDROLITE Pro. Its an expensive Hydrogen Bottle but the Support is too bad for the amount I have paid.
The bottle separated into two parts using only for a few days, almost 25 days only, it wont start anymore. I contacted them but they never even gave me a chance to return the product and even stated that they will replace the defective bottle, I am requesting for a refund and would return it to them but they already stated that can not return their defective product for replacement.

Product didn't turn on after a few months.
Contacted them the same day, which was Oct 2024. Since then, I've written about 15 emails, complete with a video showing the bottle won't turn on. Every time the same person replies, giving excuses for the delay in honouring their 1 year warranty.
In Dec they said they'd send out a new base, and they sent out a tracking number. It showed it was delivered 2 provinces to my west.
Now they say they won't ship another one till they figure out why it was shipped to a wrong address, even though they shipped my original to my address, and I've also resent my address a few times over the months when this ordeal began in October 2024.
Please save yourself the trouble of ordering from this scam company.

NEVER buy anything from them! Save your nerves and money. It has been my worst web-shopping experience ever... The glass part of the hydrogen generator was broken in half, although the package was absolutely fine, no traces of an injury. Looks like the broken glass was put in the box deliberately. I have tried to get the replacement glass for 11 months now, all they do is try to win time, but they run out of new ideas for that. Now they are cheking my new address for a month ("and get back to me soon")... When you get too pushy, they give you some random tracking number and after it reaches the addressee, you'd find out that this was not your parcel after all...
If you have bought something from them, you better claim for a cancellation of the deal from your bank immediately, as claims expire and you will probably get nothing from them.

It's clearly a scam - sent a flask that broke after a few uses - wouldn't hold charge. The replacement sent by 'Ali Express' is then showing as delivered via evri - The first replacement was showing as delivered, but the tracking detail didn't recognise my postcode and they couldn't provide proof of delivery. EXACTLY the same thing happened when they issued a second replacement. Story here folks is they are not sending replacements they are issuing you with FAKE TRACKING DETAILS showing as delivered. I have raised a dispute with my bank sending them the link to this review website which I am clearly calling this company out as scammers. They're selling a product that is volatile and clearly has a high fail rate and has no intention of sending warranty replacement. This is a total scam.

Scam artists. I received a bottle that my business partner purchased through Staples. I broke the glass, and ordered a replacement. They have now twice sent the replacement to the "incorrect address". Seems like these guys are just scam artists. I received a refund from my financial institution.

Faulty product. Then over a year of back and forth and they allegedly "sent" a replacement which says delivered on the email, but of course I never received it. And i have cameras showing it was never delivered on the day they say it was delivered... Scam artists.

Absolute scam. Over 1.5 years trying to get a replacement battery. I second everything that everyone else says. 8 times they have “ shipped to the wrong address”. I won’t give up however. They’ve made it a game now.

I have been having issues with this company for over a year. First the water bottle stopped working not long after I had it. They promised a replacement and I have been going round and round with this company just for the replacement for over 6 months. The absolute worst customer service. When I email them now they send this generic response even though I continually respond in the same thread:

The tracking number they give for me says delivered yet won't confirm an address or prove delivery. This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY!

I started having problems with the bottle just 2 months after the purchased, they had promissed a replacement since last August 2024, but it all has been a waste of time and 300 Usd. trhown out to the garbage!!! Their custmomer service is even worst!!! tried to leave a revew in their page, but is NOT possible, it seems that is ALL controlled by them and only acept good revews.

Scam compagny! I recieved a defect bottle. Not able to turn on and not even able to close it proberly. After 10 e-mails I reached service. They send me a spare item which I have never recieved. So its a waste of money. Scam compagny?
