The experience has been excellent. I really love the free shipping in both directions plus the extra 5% discount on all purchases. When buying over the “air” or from the website/app, it can be difficult to see or imagine exactly how something is going to fit. That is especially true for me when purchasing watches. Having the ability to have it shipped free directly to me, then I can decide if it works personally for myself is an invaluable asset. In most cases it stays with me, but in the situation where it’s not that perfect fit I can return it at no cost. Wow, that is what I call “Service with a Smile!” The quality of the products from ShopHQ are EXCEPTIONAL and the prices are AMAZING!!! Glad I joined the club!
So easy to redeem your purchases and feels like found money when you get paid to buy items you already wanted anyway. Being a Shop HQ VIP is great you get an additional discount and you get your shipping refunded. It would be better if you just got free shipping when you placed the order instead of having to wait two months to get a check for the cost of shipping.

Clarification Needed.
From Day One...I repeatedly asked for the beginners packet with the forms and etc.... Not every one has access to printer or internet. I have asked multiple times how to handle gift orders as no invoice is received by the one sending gift.... Publish list of Vendors Alphabetical Order Pease.. For easy reference..
