I am enjoying being able to shop and…
I am enjoying being able to shop and save at my favorite stores. My only complaint is that if you happen to purchase from 1(one) store and go back and purchase at the same store on the same day you are denied the savings and shipping for the 2nd purchase. This shouldn't be.
Otherwise, I'm pleased with ShopVIP. The customer service is great.

I love this program but....
I love this program and would give it 5 stars except for the fact that its really hard to go to the ShopHQ VIP site from the regular ShopHQ site. It takes me several minutes to find it and I have to scroll all over the site before I finally get into it. I wish it were easier to get onto the site to be able to use it.

I have utilized many shopping rebate programs. However, this one is simply the best because you clearly know the status of your account. You receive your savings in a check on time each month (no waiting per quarter). Being an avid ShopHQ shopper, this has encouraged me to make purchases freely knowing that the S/H charges are returned to me and are unlimited. Also, receiving a 5% rebate on purchase price is fantastic! It just doesn't get better than that! When you take advantage of the vendors in the Marketplace allowing you similar benefit, I am sure you will agree with my excitement. I highly recommend your taking advantage of this offer. Well this is a no brainer for so many…
Well this is a no brainer for so many reasons: shipping reimbursed for all my ShopHQ Subscription items as well as any other orders AND 5% back for ShopHQ orders and purchases at other participating vendors--like Walmart. It is easy to submit the information and the checks arrive monthly. Getting paid to shop is my kind of perk!

Claim declined!
Overall good but had a claim declined on a shophq purchase -didn't provide proper documentation. Why do I need more than the order number for a shophq purchase? Surely the computer systems are tied together and that provides all the proof of purchase you need!

Shophqvip program needs major improvements
Love isomers products!
I would hav liked to see free shipping with the use of my shophq credit card, as I bought about $170 worth of product.
I like that since I’m a shophqvip member this order automatically gives me 5% back.
I absolutely believe that if the system can do that, WHY can’t shopping on shophq orders be done likewise? It really baffles and irritates me that I need to submit for shipping charges. Really!
If it weren’t for the fact I love isomers, I would give 3 stars.

Shopping on ShopHQ with VIP saves me money
Shopping on ShopHQ saves me money on loads of things. Great sales are made even better with ShopHQ VIP. Shipping is reimbursed and you get a percentage off the total (before S&H & tax). The more expensive the item the more cash you'll receive. Heavier items with a pricey S&H fee makes having a ShopHQ VIP account a necessity. Usually 1 item a month pays for membership and anything above that is cash back. When I look at an item now I know with VIP the price will actually be lower after my check arrives. I save anywhere from $20 to over $80.00 a month using ShopHQ VIP so it really helps.

I don't like having to be responsible for scanning invoices and sending emails to get my refunds. This should all be handled directly through ShopHQVIP. Especially for $17.00 per month, I shouldn't have to do the work.
