I have searched the site thoroughly, there is no comapny address, correspondence info beyond a very generic email. There is virtually no info about this "company" that I can find online, except a single "officer" and address on Company House website - maybe a good direction for queries if problems encountered?
I have never written a negative review about anyone however, I feel on this occasion I must. My order took 4 weeks to be delivered. I communicated with the seller numerous times and was not responded to on a number of occasions. When I was responded to the reply was extremely rude. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company again, and I urge anyone thinking of doing so to read the reviews first.
Bought a blanket from them. Sent them photos of evidence to show the awful quality and asked how we could obtain a refund. Was told they would send us a free one out but I said I wasn’t convinced the quality would be any different. They said that due to the pandemic they couldn’t accept refunds, but would offer a partial refund which I accepted. However they did not confirm how much the refund would be for a £65 blanket. They issued a £10 refund for a faulty item.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This is a fraudulent and scamming company. We wanted to return an item, they ignored us and changed the refund policy to include this item! We are now taking action but please avoid!!!!!!
This company is a total scam. I ordered a knitted blanket, it was shipped from China I discovered on tracking it. It was really really poor quality looks totally synthetic, tiny and a complete fire hazard. I asked company to return it, there are no details of how to return on either the website or in the package. I contacted the company who demanded photos of the blanket before they would continue a conversation. I provided these and then nothing, no response to any of my emails. I have just looked at their website and surprise surprise they have updated their returns policy to say you can’t return knitted blankets due to the nature of the product unless in an unopened package. !
I checked out their trust pilot sadly after i received the package and saw only bad reviews about refusing refunds and poor quality products. Now they have claimed a new trust pilot profile. A complete and total scam.
