Scam - DO NOT USE
I clicked an online advert to purchase a blender bottle item and was fraudulently signed up to a subscription service that I had not agreed to. I did not receive the product I ordered and money was taken from my account as online credit. The money incorrectly taken my account totalled €46 - €2 and then a further €44. I then cancelled my cards and blocked all transactions from my account and a further transaction of €6.95 on was declined. I received a refund of €22 on after countless complaints to customer services, meaning my total refund thus far is €24.
I recieved an email from Ray from the escalations team stating that, “ as a gesture of goodwill, I am pleased to offer you a refund of the membership fees totalling 2.00€…. In addition to the refund, I kindly request that you take a moment to share your experience with our platform on Trustpilot… I understand that posting a review is not a standard procedure, and I want to assure you that this request is not meant to pressure you in any way… We suggest mentioning in your review that the issue has been promptly addressed, and if you feel inclined, we would greatly appreciate a rating of 4-5 stars”.
In response, I informed Ray that €2 was insufficient for a refund and the total amount should be processed. To this, Ray has responded that, “ Please that the refund process will be initiated after the review step is completed”.
Evidently, it appears a full refund cannot be given unless I post a review, which is not normal or acceptable practice for any business. I would not recommend you use this company, not only because of the scam subscriptions in place but the manipulative and poor standard of customer service. Whether this review will allow me to receive a refund, I am unsure but here it is all the same.

I wanted to purchase a item and had a question about it. Politely asked via mail. Never got a response. Asked again and still no response. After 2 weeks. So i really dont know if this shop is legit but i know for sure they never heard about customer service.
A total scam
A total scam, twice delivered a different inferior product that doesn’t even do the same job, and as you pay cash on delivery it’s impossible to get a refund. Also, you’re not allowed to open the package to check contents before you pay, at which time it’s yours and no are cares.

They activate a subscription you never requested by first charging you €2 for a shipment. Then, this subscription is automatically activated, and you can only cancel it after 14 days, so they charge you a very expensive first monthly fee. I immediately informed the bank, which proceeded to block the card to prevent these fraudulent charges.
