After emails back and forth now becoming being hassled i would not go near this company they will not refund

"No one should order from this website. This is a fake/fraud website. Please don't order."scam

I didn't get more information of what is it all about.

I clicked an online advert to purchase a blender bottle item and was fraudulently signed up to a subscription service that I had not agreed to. I did not receive the product I ordered and money was taken from my account as online credit. The money incorrectly taken my account totalled €46 - €2 and then a further €44. I then cancelled my cards and blocked all transactions from my account and a further transaction of €6.95 on was declined. I received a refund of €22 on after countless complaints to customer services, meaning my total refund thus far is €24.

I recieved an email from Ray from the escalations team stating that, “ as a gesture of goodwill, I am pleased to offer you a refund of the membership fees totalling 2.00€…. In addition to the refund, I kindly request that you take a moment to share your experience with our platform on Trustpilot… I understand that posting a review is not a standard procedure, and I want to assure you that this request is not meant to pressure you in any way… We suggest mentioning in your review that the issue has been promptly addressed, and if you feel inclined, we would greatly appreciate a rating of 4-5 stars”.

In response, I informed Ray that €2 was insufficient for a refund and the total amount should be processed. To this, Ray has responded that, “ Please that the refund process will be initiated after the review step is completed”.

Evidently, it appears a full refund cannot be given unless I post a review, which is not normal or acceptable practice for any business. I would not recommend you use this company, not only because of the scam subscriptions in place but the manipulative and poor standard of customer service. Whether this review will allow me to receive a refund, I am unsure but here it is all the same.

I wanted to purchase a item and had a question about it. Politely asked via mail. Never got a response. Asked again and still no response. After 2 weeks. So i really dont know if this shop is legit but i know for sure they never heard about customer service.

A total scam, twice delivered a different inferior product that doesn’t even do the same job, and as you pay cash on delivery it’s impossible to get a refund. Also, you’re not allowed to open the package to check contents before you pay, at which time it’s yours and no are cares.

Absolutely shocking customer care, ordered the £6 plate set took my money quick enough still not received anything!
What they don't tell you is your signing up to a subscription programme!
& Then when you try to cancel their email address is wrong so you can't in touch with them!

I had an issue with a charge on my account, but customer support promptly assisted me with an immediate refund. I should see it reflected in my account in about 10 days.

Purchased a cheap item then automatically put on a subscription without any warning or confirmation have had to cancel my debit card as only way to stop payments being taken every 2 weeks
Banks should block transactions to companies that operate in this manner instead of being complicit in helping scammers steal money from their customers

Escalation manager took personally care of my case. They answered within minutes and offered to help me with my case. I am satisfied with this.
4/5 stars because of the onboarding inconvinience at the beggining.

In my case, I was referred to the site because I thought I had won a prize and I would only have to pay 2 euros for shipping. Instead, they create a subscription to their site by deception and refuse to make a refund.
Customer service is good, but the site is a real scam.

Jeremy took care of the problem fast and in a fair way.

They activate a subscription you never requested by first charging you €2 for a shipment. Then, this subscription is automatically activated, and you can only cancel it after 14 days, so they charge you a very expensive first monthly fee. I immediately informed the bank, which proceeded to block the card to prevent these fraudulent charges.
