Sourcing suitable PPE for our 4 RSPCA charity shops has been a stressful process. I made contact with Premal after another Branch recommended Robert May and all I can say is WOW!!

Getting PPE for our RSPCA charity shop had been a daunting & stressful process; that's until we found Premal @Robert May. He was compassionate, professional & made the whole process very easy. The effects of Covid-19 have been devastating on our RSPCA Isle of Wight branch funding however as we are moving toward the partial re-opening of some of our charity shops and our branch, the team at Robert May have been excellent. Very efficient to place orders through and swift to dispatch our items to ensure that we can install our health and safety materials by our re-opening deadline. I cannot praise Premal and the team enough for their care and compasison to support our offshore animal care centre.

Very friendly staff with fast delivery service and very good quality hangers every time! I would defiantly recommend Shop fittings online they have lots of stock and a great show Room and will order again soon.

This company charge a restocking fee which is not illegal with B2B sales but it is a joke - 25% restocking fee.

In fairness it is in the Terms and Conditions.. but I think it is poor service none the less, we are not asking for postage costs back.

We won't buy from here again...
