They send the 5 toys inside 1 box,
They are mostly damaged,
and the Replacment (which did not happen took over 2 months now)
they are wast of money and time,
my kid didnt get his present on time because of the delay from their side
i guess if they experiance delay due to high volume of orders then dont offer any toys for sale unless you solve your issues .
Customer service is useless.
I emailed straight after I made an order on Saturday 26 November to inquire about something odd I saw in the confirmation email. with no response by the following Wednesday, I called customer service. The lady on the phone was nice but incompetent. She didn’t have any idea how to find out the answer to the question I asked. It was just a question about personalisation on a soft toy. But she told me someone would reply within the next day.
It is now almost a week later, I have no reply, and my product (not even sure if it will be correct) is over 3 days late. With no communication as to where my product is and if it had been correctly personalized.
Avoid ordering. Customer service is useless and noncommunicative. You’re wasting money.
Placed an order on Dec-11th. 5 weeks later it's still not arrived. I've contacted customer service 3 times via chat, and every time they escalate the case and tell me someone will reply via email. I never get a response from them. I've had to submit a paypal dispute to get my money back because the order clearly isn't going to arrive. Thanks for ruining Xmas, Disney.
