Really good selection of products and my order was packed neatly and sent quickly. Love that I can order both Filipino and Korean products in one place! Hope to see more Japanese products in the future. Will order again!

I was able to order with no issues. However, I can't say the same thing about the delivery. Not sure what the issue was I ordered other stuff online (not with Cosy), but all of them have arrived in time, except for the one I ordered from you guys. I ordered the product mid Jan-23 and was told it would be delivered within the week. Now, I'm told that it would be delivered mid-Feb-23. Not sure what the delays are but it's just really disappointing.

The packaging is sustainable but always so bulky and when I open it up, its usually packed with paper wrappers, I think they could improve the packaging while keeping the sustainability, Holla Bella does this great!

Regarding the packaging, we use recycled paper to fill pockets of empty space in our large boxes to ensure the products inside stay secure and arrive safely to you.
