Thanks to Raj for a quick response on my case

Day to day information, I was kept up to date.

Never signed up anything...NEED MY MONEY BACK..

Stole funds out of my account in February and then again in March from another fraudulent "company" saying that I was subscribed to their rubbish site after wanting to purchase something they don't even offer! After cancelling so called "membership" which I never agreed to, a month later a sister company stole yet again. Absolutely appalling & would not wish this to happen to anyone else. Refuse to refund monies they had taken saying that they don't even offer what I had initially tried to purchase! If there was a 0 rating I'd give them a minus. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES & I WILL MAKE THIS KNOWN WHEREVER POSSIBLE PUBLICALY

Return monies that were due back to with no problems. They even called to check I had received them. Great service.

A special experience with this site. I thought I was buying a nice offer via the Schiphol site and once at checkout (after entering payment details) I was redirected to this site and suddenly I was tied to a subscription. I didn't understand. I couldn't cancel until after 24 hours which is also strange. Canceled the next day and then I saw that after 3 days an amount of €68 would be withdrawn from my account!

I had contact with someone (not AI) via their chat and he indicated that the cancellation had been received, but that it will take 2 weeks before it is processed and that the costs must be paid. I was shocked and indicated that I did not agree and that I thought this was a very shady and aggressive business. A few hours later I received an email stating that they regretted the matter and course of events and that they had looked at my case. As an exception, they would refund the amount, which could take a few days.

All in all, all ends well and it turns out that they are not shady at all but they want to learn from their mistakes. Kudos to them.

They told me they would refund me but that wasn't the case.
I wrote several times without response.

I had an amazing experience with their great customer service.

I've never bought anything from them but they are deducted my money. I've lost more than R2000 now. They are scammers.

This company serves as front end of a credit card scam stating import duties have to be paid, but having some subscription hidden in the general terms and conditions to take the initial payment and pull more cash from the credit card within the bounderies of applicable law. If any payment goes here immidiately get in touch with your credit card company and stop the subscription on their website before more is taken!!!!
