No Clothes received
Cider cancelled my order rather than shipping, reordered and they did it again. Loads of transaction fees on my account that they don’t refund and the order refund takes ages.
Ordered twice spent 176aed on fees and received no clothes. Customer service is predominantly useless AI and as of yet no humans.

I’be been waiting for a refund for months. Both parcels were sent in JUNE and I’ve not been contacted regarding my return. When I try and chase it up the automatic customer service team can’t help me. I want my money back now!!

I haven’t received my order yet, but oh my gosh! Costumer support has truly been so very helpful! I made an order for my elopement dress with heels, a dress for my fiancé’s BCT grad with cute flats and I realized I had put the wrong size down for one of my items. They helped me fix the issue in no time, without delaying my estimated delivery! Will definitely be purchasing from this site again!
