I ordered from CAT WWR
I ordered from CAT WWR - their streetwear sub brand which is advertising on insta. They never dispatched my order and took two weeks to reply to my original query, only eventually refunding me half. I had to contact them on insta and couldn’t get ahold of them so messaged on their insta post - they deleted it and never got back to me. Only today, almost two months later did I get my other half refunded. I’m sure CAT are fine to order from, but be aware of CAT WWR, absolute joke

Terrible customer service
I emailed caterpillar about a mix-up with my order, i was sent a small t-shirt instead of the 4xl which i wear, and i recieved a very terse and dismissive reply from a caterpiller employee named sam. I was disappointed by the standard of service i recieved from caterpillar

Amazing product delivery was a bit off
The items that I bought from the Caterpillar shop were amazing, however due to the influx of new custom I didn’t receive delivery information until two weeks after purchase. Obviously I did purchase them in Christmas but other than that I’m very happy with the product

Shocking Service
