I ordered a heater from Koleda, a brand with a completely identical product line, also based in Lithuania, etc. My order never came - first I was told that delays were due to supply chain issues, then customer service stopped responding, then the company disappeared (emails bounced, website taken down, etc), but a few months later I started getting Boldr marketing emails, marketing the same product I had purchased and never got. The negative reviews here are the same complaints that the old company had on units that had been shipped.

Buyer beware - if this is the same team under a new brand name, you may not ever get your product.

The heater was not as quiet as advertised and had no temp control. Tried to return it (to Lithuania) and learned customer has to cover shipping. That was $80 and it was still refused at the factory. Buyer beware!

Fara heater packs a punch!

Super cute heater and is very powerful for the size. Warms my bedroom pretty quickly. Looks really nice and is better than the ugly stuff we’ve had before. One thing I would say is that it would be nicer if the bottom of the heater was heavier. When you pull on the cord the whole heater slides. It’s a small thing, but important for a better experience. Other than that, love the product! Thanks!

My Fara heater did not heat and the cost to return is 3x the cost of the heater. I do not recommend purchasing this heater. I wish I read the fine print on the return process first.

Boldr is a gem of a brand! My utility bills were extremely high and it was impossible to turn my heater off without uncomfortably freezing at home. Using Fara, I was able to save money on my utility bills and still feel cozy and warm at home. Thank you Boldr!

I purchase the Heater with the separate wireless thermostat for App control. When I got it the product was very flimsy and felt very cheaply made. I set it up with the app everything connected and set a schedule to only heat from 8pm to 6am at a temperature of 68F. I had it in my bedroom where we slip with my baby in her bassinet. It would turn off normally around the correct temperature, but on two separate occasions the heater didn't turn off. The worse one I woke up to the room at 78F. I have a separate Alex air quality device and my babies Owlet cam that both give room temp. They both agree that the room was at 78F. I tried different placement of the wireless thermostat and check out the instructions and app to make sure everything was working after the first time. Then it happened again. I sent in a complaint to BOLDR and they said they would have a response in 48 hours. They didn't get back to me for a month. When they did it was to tell me, well we test a heater in our lab and it didn't happen so nothing we can do and didn't even offer to let me return the product. With my newborn in the room this could have been extremely worse as high temperatures are deadly for babies when sleeping and swaddled.

So don't pay $130 for a cheaply made heater that is extremely dangerous.

Solid product that just works out of the box. Smart heaters aren't groundbreaking but the ones I've used have been buggy as hell. Shipping is a little slow but the communication has been great the whole time. Really happy with the product.

Had a few issues with set up, but the support was very good. Loved using the heaters this winter.

I have pretty bad insulation in my Victorian style home up in the North of England. Kelvin has been a life saver. It helps reduce my energy bills which has really helped with everything being so expensive. Every penny really counts so thank you Boldr team. Also, Sam from Customer Support really took the time to help me install it as I am not that good with technology.

Heater is great and very modern. The service is just excellent, got all the information I needed and even more tips about how to ensure long time of use.

What a beautifully designed modern product, very reasonably priced and fantastically functional. For such a compact size offers great heating solutions to address even bigger spaces and with minimum noise. Very happy with the purchase, and would recommend it all who are looking for a great heating solution that will keep you warm as well as offer a beautiful interior design decoration.

I really like the mini fara heaters. Fast to heat up my bedroom and the controls are super easy and convenient! Love it!

I've had a very different experience than those leaving a one star review. We purchased one large Kelvin to try out a new heating solution to replace an old, expensive, and bulky boiler. So far its been fantastic. One large panel has kept our bedroom, about 7ftX9ft, very cozy any time we shut the boiler down to test out the panel. I reached out to customer service with a few issues, including a sensor that arrived damaged and issues getting connected, and found them to be very responsive and helpful. We are ordering more panels to fully outfit our home and finally get rid of that old boiler.

This company deserves more credit. Excellend support and products.

The heaters are really amazing, but the shipping took over two weeks. I followed up twice with them and they said it was a FedEx delay. They should improve this.
