Information provided by various external sources
In 1976, the year Bobby’s Department Store was founded, the founders of the company had one goal in mind: to sell quality merchandise for the very best price the market offers. The founders wanted a store that embodies great value, good customer service, and an overall exciting place to shop. Where other so-called discount retailers have everything on sale and try to offer you deals, we have a very simple philosophy here at Bobby’s Department Store, to deliver the absolute best price, always. Every day is a sale and that’s where our company slogan “Where Your Money Buys More” originated. Walk into any one of our four locations and you will see how your dollar will be stretched further than you ever imagined. Our stores offer a wide variety of merchandise, from General merchandise, Electronics, Kitchen and Personal Appliances, Furniture, Giftware, Hardware, Home Décor, Household Cleaning Products, Housewares, Lighting, Organizers, Luggage and Bags, Health Aids, and Beauty Aids. Our Linen department is complete with Bedding, Bath, Floor Coverings, Kitchen Textiles, Wall and Window Coverings. We also have a full Kids department, which includes, Boys and Girls clothing, infant products, baby products, and Kids’ Furniture. Our Men’s and Ladies’ Apparel department has the latest fashions and accessories all at excellent prices. We also carry seasonal merchandise, such as Back-To-School, Holiday, and Summer merchandise. While our online store doesn’t have everything our retail stores carry, I urge you to visit any one of our retail stores and see what’s new. New arrivals coming daily!

Good delivery, faulty products
Thanks for the products. The delivery time and packaging was excellent. Some of the products were not in a good condition however. I would like the opportunity to attach the pictures SKU174004 Rebecca Flower Printed 2-Pack Blackout Energy Saving 6 Grommets Panel, Pink, 76x84 had 1/2 to 1 inch lines of missing print throughout that were not consistent and destroyed the look of the curtains.
The SKU141737 STEPHANIE SILVER METALLIC PRINT FAUX SILK 8 GROMMETS PANEL BLUE & SILVER - 58X84, silver print was already peeling off all over the print giving it a washed out damaged look. It made me wonder whether this was a used or returned product.
The Harrington 2-Pack Embroidered Faux Silk Panel with 8 Grommets, White-White, 76X84 is sheer but beautiful. I thought it was thicker.
I am not sure what can be done about the faulty products or a refund?
Thanks again.
