Due to the customer service, I will continue to place orders with this company. I ordered a Diamond Painting in Oct. 28th, a month later I had not received it. So I reached out. Come to fond out the order got lost, so the quickly offered a replacement. I finally got my package the other day. The best thing is, they continued to keep check with me until I received my order. I give give a 5 star for product and customer service. Thank you!!

This company gives me confidence in my ordering. They are prompt to respond to any questions I have and I feel they genuinely care about me. The pictures are extra bright and shiny. I have never ran short of diamonds in over 60 pictures. They are the best!!

For the first time I am very disappointed!! The piece i completed is called it's magic, I did the largest size and your unable to make out most of the characters.

I have used this company for many years now and any issue I’ve had was always fixed. It may take awhile to receive the order, but I make sure I have time to wait. Keep extras on hand.
The price is good, if I had to pay more I wouldn’t do as many as I have.

This company is the best. I only order through them. I’ve been with them 3 years that’s when I took up Diamond Painting. I have done 30+Pictures and 8 custom paintings. There custom are nice. Good canvas. Ready to order a couple more.

One of the paintings I ordered had the wrong diamonds. They were quick to respond and send the proper ones. I have bought from them many times and will continue to do so.

Very happy with my recent purchase and interaction with the customer service team, they were quick to answer my questions, I was able to deal with the same person on more than one occasion, which is great and I love my product I purchased, unless they respond to my question about why I was charged an exchange rate on Melbourne/Sydney based items, I won;t be shopping with them again, the diamond art products are beautiful, UPDATE......the only 1 thing I would say is the exchange rate on my purchase, I don't understand why they charged me the exchange rate when my items came from their warehouse in Melbourne/Sydney and I live in NSW Australia, so even if my items came from Melbourne their should NOT be an exchange rate of nearly $30 applied to my purchase, my purchase total was $56.99 but by the time the exchange rate was added it came out at $87.70....customer service have been nice and quick in regards to my previous questions but since I emailed a couple of days ago about why I was charged an exchange rate, they have failed to respond.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. My dottings were delayed for a while, but they kept in contact and reassured me they were on there way. Totally buy from them again.

I love ordering from Shopanydeals. Products are priced decently. Have ordered many times and one bad experience where not all colors came with a diamond kit. But they are making good by sending them. Definitely would recommend them.
