I never signed up for membership with…

I never signed up for membership with this company. It was a mistake. I immediately made many efforts to subscribe the membership. I was charged twice even though the cancellation was confirmed.
I have now been contacted by there customer services team and they will be processing my refund shortly.

I never signed up for this website

I never signed up for this website. I never used the website. I requested a full refund and Jamal reached out and confirmed I will get a full refund for the subscription in 5 - 7 business days. I am happy for this quick customer service.
