Very poor and unprofessional support when their system fails
I ordered a pair of On Running waterproof shoes, but due to a system error from their side the confirmation email was not sent to me but the payment certainly was made from my bank account, I contacted 1 week later Shop4runners about my order they said nothing was on their system and later my bank to provide evidence of that specific payment and sent the document identifying this transaction to Shop4runners, Customer service agent kept avoiding direct questions which had to be repeated at least three times and did not even contact their own bank to look for that transaction and again denied the order was even made so I had to order a chargeback to my bank in order to get back my money as Customer service did not bother to admit their system error or try to actually resolve it. Happy to show evidences of the email exchange with customer support showing the total lack of proactive approach to find any solution.

Confusing ordering process
The process of ordering was very complicated. I ordered a shoe with UK size 11. The confirmation from shop4runners said, that i did order a UK 11,5. ?!?
After calling them, they eplained, that they have difficulties administrating different sizes in their system. Very confusing. Finally, I got the size UK 11.

The parcel was not delivered to me
The parcel was not delivered to me. According to the trace and tracking of DHL it should be delivered, but I was at home at the delivery time and some of my neighbours too. Neither I nor my neighbours did see a parcel being delivered at that time...
Update:
Finally, I got a reimbursement for the order. It was a fault of DHL and not Shop4runners.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I placed an order for the wrong size and called 3 minutes after placing my order to cancel it, the person on the phone said she was too busy to do it because she was alone in the office and that I could do it per post or per email.
