The order was shipped very fast and everything was good. But unfortunately I didn‘t receive the shoes. I can‘t believe that the logistic partner tried twice times to reach my. I was on both days at home. In the past they sent the package to a pickup store but now they sent it direct back to you. It is very pity, so that I order the new shoes by another shop because this logistic partner delivery the shoes to me, a neighbor or a pick up store. Maybe you should think about your logistic partner or don‘t request an additional fee for the other one.

Delivery took a lot longer than I expected— I placed the order on a Saturday and it arrived the following Friday. Also, it was not clear how to track the package’s journey. But arrive it did, properly packaged and the merchandise in perfect condition.

* The socks were sent fast.
* I got what I ordered and what I ordered turned out to be exactly what I expected.

Ordered Salomon boots (as they were significantly cheaper than elsewhere) and I immediately received an strange response advising they were changing their warehouse "to improve their service to me" and that there might be a delay. Alarm bells went off and only then did I check reviews for this supplier. I was VERY worried by what I read and began to think that perhaps I had been scammed and would lose my money. I emailed seeking details of dispatch and a tracking number. A few days later I received an email from shop4runners. It showed a screenshot sent to shop4runners by the delivery company. It again seemed very strange but a while later I received my product in perfect order. The entire operation seemed strange but it worked well for me.
