Rude and unprofessional
Before you buy anything from here, make sure you read this review to the end so you know exactly what kind of rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful support you’ll be dealing with.
Their support team has no manners, no respect, and not even basic communication skills. My orders have always had issues. A clear example: I ordered a PlayStation 5 game at a higher price, but after one hour of waiting and chasing them myself, without even the slightest apology, they gave me a PlayStation 4 account instead! They didn’t even bother to mention the price difference or explain anything.
My second order was an even bigger disaster. About two weeks ago, I confirmed everything with them in advance, even explained the details about the Digital Edition. They themselves guaranteed I would receive it before release. The result? Only vague, half-baked answers after endless follow-ups, and in the end, delivery was delayed again. And once again—not a single apology. When I said I’d cancel, they claimed the account was “ready” and couldn’t be canceled. Now, as I’m writing this review, more than two and a half hours have passed since they said that, and still no account.
And here’s the kicker: when you try to follow up, call them, or message them—no one answers. No phone calls, no replies on Instagram. But the moment you leave a negative comment about them, they’re lightning-fast at deleting it!
In short: if you want to waste your money, destroy your nerves, and be insulted in the process, go ahead and buy from here. 👎
