Sold magnets very expensive which came with a "no-snag hijab magnets" label. I could have bought that kind of magnet very cheap somewhere else. Don't market your products as if they are some equipment for helping reduce pain (which you had put an extra label that they could be used for on the package), when it's just hijab magnets.
I placed an order for a dermaroller the other week and was notified that a package was on its way. Three or four days later I got a call from a gentleman with a slightly similar name to mine, some 280km away. He had ordered a "pillow" from the same company but instead received a dermaroller and an invoice with my name on it. Kindly he contacted me to inform me that I probably was about to receive a pillow and not the initial product I anticipated.... We both contacted the company but did not hear anything back for about a week when I, at least, was contacted by a company rep. named Lene. Her message reads: "That's unfortunate. Did he hand out your order to you?" and that's all she wrote... I then replied that "it is most definitely not his job to deliver the product that I ordered from Shop4body*se" but haven't gotten a reply...
