Efficient and quick

Rang up to enquire about what part I needed for my Colnago. Part was in stock and I click and collected 2hrs later. Very efficient, highly recommend

Cannot thank Greg and the whole team enough. All so friendly and so easy to deal with which made the purchase of two bikes that much easier. Both bikes arrived exactly as they said.

I’d genuinely recommend windwave to anyone looking to buy.

Can't judge service until you have an issue

Had to order some parts for a wheelset which was complicated due to a lack of clear information on the internet, ordered the wrong part.
Windwave were excellent, when I called I was put through to a someone with excellent knowledge who could discuss options and undertook to contact the manufacturer to ensure we got the correct parts.
Excellent service including efficient returns process.

Colnago SRAM Rival from Windwave

I bought a Colnago SRAM Rival from Windwave. I thought I was buying a bike but I received a whole lot more. I knew generally what I wanted but Luke asked some very good questions about frame size and other dimensions which led to a perfect fit for me. The bike was easy to assemble - just the front wheel and saddle to fit. I have done 120 trouble free miles since delivery with no problems. The bike feels great!
