Unacceptable Service – No Shipping, No Replies, No Resolution
I placed my order(s) in March, and by June, I had still received no shipping update, so I started emailing customer service to ask about the status of my orders. It is now October, and I have received absolutely no response. My orders remain unshipped, and the issue has still not been addressed.
Waiting for months without any shipping updates is already frustrating enough, but completely ignoring customer emails for months is simply unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, yet there has been no explanation, no response, and no effort to resolve the situation.
A company that takes customers’ money but fails to ship orders or respond to legitimate inquiries shows a serious lack of accountability and customer care.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Shop Vogue Adria. I would not recommend this website.
