I shop often from Veepee but..
I shop often from Veepee. The shipping costs and return costs and the long wait for delivery are main reasons I don’t shop as often as I wished. I preferred the old system of premium members where shipping costs were free . A remark also regarding carton boxes : please Veepee team can you provide with different type of boxes ? These ones wide open in the middle and we can’t use them again if we want to return an item. So cannot recycle ♻️

Always double check prices as they are…
Always double check prices as they are sometimes not so interesting, certainly when you add shipping costs. And they leadtimes between order and shipment are often very long, reason why I often decide not to buy.

Return fees
I find that it’s not acceptable to ask for return fees when the bought product is wrongly described on the website. If the description would have been complete and accurate I wouldn’t have bought the product.

No notice of delivery at pick up point
Overall I’m happy with Veepee.
However one of the goods was delivered at a pick up point without any announcement. So it was send back without any notice.

Good products/pricing. But unbelievable long delivery times
Good products, nice discounts but time between ordering/paying and final delivery unacceptable long,most of the time about a month later. Whilst other companies deliver between 2 days and a week, same as Veepee in the past, placed a new order on september 17th expected delivery between 10th and 15th of october ??? There is still a lot which can be improved on this subject.

Always worth visit the site
There is always a wide range of products on offer. Some prices are good deals although sometimes there are also products that seem seemingly cheap but in reality are not such as perfumes and cosmetics. If you were to compare the prices of perfumes with other stores, you would see that veepee is given a discount on the maximum recommended retail price. The packages are very well packed and the shipping costs are not excessively high although it could still be free at a higher purchase price. In general, you can make good deals on veepee and it is definitely worth taking a look at the site regularly.

Package delivered to a different address …
The package came when it was supposed to. However delivery with them always takes a lot longer then anywhere else.
And in this case they unfortunately simply delivered the package to a previous address of mine even though its clear in their system I updated and gave the right address.

Product is great, long waiting time for delivery though and final delivery by DHL a mess. Leaving the package outside my house in Amsterdam is asking politely people passing by to steal it.... didnt even ring the doorbell!

Veepee shopping center
Veepee has a wide range of products and often offers attractive prices. Nevertheless, I don't shop at Veepee very often because of the shipping costs and possible return costs. The shipping costs are variable and you only see them when you fill your shopping basket and place your order. These costs can also vary depending on whether you add extra items. On top of that, you pay return costs when you return items. This means I avoid buying things like shoes and clothing, unless I am really sure of the size. Nevertheless, the products on offer are certainly interesting, but I often end up just window shopping.
