They block you on social media when you…
They block you on social media when you post a question/concern. (Have screenshots) People don't recive their items. If they do, it's 2 years later. They don't respond to emails. Horrible people. Fake reviews on thier site n paid for on social media.

Very disappointing in trying to contact…
Very disappointing in trying to contact them with questions about the helmet. Poor customer service. I think its a great idea but not spending money on a product that has poor to no customer service..

Zero stars do not trust this company
zero star review from me. Paid $849 May 2022 as part of the indegogo backing program on the basis that I'd receive an X1 helmet and X2 back pack. The helmet was the primary reason for me backing this new seemingly innovative company with ground breaking products. Over the course of the last 2 years & 9 months I have emailed the CEO Brian Garvey & director of Helmets Matteo Occhipinti. I had to follow up every email for a response and when I do get a response I receive contradictory messages and promises that are never kept. As of today 5th Feb 2025 I have not received my Helmet. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Scam company all over
Through a campaign on IndieGoGo I backed the X1 SmartHelmet. This was in 2022. Up until today (14.1.2025), we backers have received only a handfull of updates, last one is quote a while back). On none of any update the company stated delivery or production problems (only the visors were a hindrance for a short amount of time).
Up until today I am still awaiting the backed and thus ordered helmet. The comapny on the other hand is still selling on their website.
Even being a new tech, there are nearly no videos showing their products online. A product, techies would fight to get their hands on and review!
I call absolute scam.
