How are these even operating

How are these even operating? Have reported to trading standards I’d recommend you do the same. I get the Temu type cheap tat they sell but there’s a certain level of quality you do expect on somethings. It’s the customer service that lets them down it’s absolutely criminal. Any issues with orders they will reject your refund/return request immediately. Poor attitude and even when you contact a seller they will just close your case and pretend not to receive your replies. 0/5 never again.

TikTok shop is the epitome of worst…

TikTok shop is the epitome of worst customer service. I have bought several products and when it comes to the delivery carrier, I had no issues with UPS or USPS, except for Uniuni which reflects how a bad platform is teaming up with a bad carrier to create a disastrous customer service. Because of Uniuni , I have lost 5 packages that were delivered to the wrong address. Each time I had to provide a proof of my address many times to be able to get a refund. Despite the fact that this was a repeated complaint, Tik Tok did not address the problem. Instead of avoiding this incompetent carrier, they continued to dispatch them and they continued to drop off my packages at the wrong address. Each time this happened, Tik Tok took longer to give me a refund . Recently, another order was lost and Tik Tok has not approved my refund despite knowing that the package was not delivered to my address. . How long such a reckless and careless approach to such issues will last if you don’t take action against it?

Accused me of Fraud

Deactivated our Seller account because it had been inactive. Went to re-activate it, provided videos, photo id, company registration certificates, bank statements. And then they accused me of "Fake Qualifications". Please can someone contact me to resolve this farce.

Purchased two items off of the TikTok shop from the seller Ryan Maike. This person decided to start a shipping label the day I purchased the item and if you didn’t know once they start a shipping label you are not able to cancel the order or ask for a refund because according to TikTok shop the shipping label is already created fast-forward three days. No update items have not been shipped out. I finally get in contact with them and they tell me they don’t even have the item and I have to wait a extra couple days for it to come in IF I WANT TO and I said no, I don’t want to that should’ve been communicated that you didn’t have the item because I was expecting it on a specific date number one and number two. The item should’ve not been allowed to be purchased if they did not have it let alone a shipping label created so people can’t process a refund. When I asked him to cancel my order he responded “ you can do it yourself!” Which, if he had any common sense, he would know that I cannot because he decided to create a shipping label the day I purchased the item. After asking multiple times to process my refund, he completely stopped responding when I would go to TikTok shop customer service the virtual assistant, which is absolutely useless said that nothing can be done until the end of the estimate delivery date, which is in another three days. So not only did this person take my money they held onto my money had no plans on shipping. The item and TikTok shop does not do anything about it. They allow this kind of behavior for sellers to treat buyers.

Don’t order from TikTok shop

I ordered two large items, and they arrived very late, I decided to return them as no longer needed. Once they arrived I returned them straight away. (Also was free return, but they returned the delivery money, but to send them with any company you had to pay a larger amount. I said fine as the products were more expensive).TikTok shop refused my refund request.
I will never buy something again from TikTok shop and you should not do it either.

Absolutely foul service

Absolutely foul service. A product including glue had glued my eye shut and doesn’t work. I sent countless pieces of evidence and they’ve said i’ve ’used the product wrong’. Can not believe these thugs are legally operating

Return request for trainers refused

I have trainers from an order , they are too big for me and TikTok have refused my return request, Klarna are doing nothing about it, I am fuming and getting nowhere, I would never buty fro TikTok shop again, disgusting

Worstplatform for sellers

Worstplatform for sellers. No warning system. No account health rating for sellers. No transparency.

They even not provided me with subject access report for what they are legally bound.

Soon i shall be taking to court and make them 100000% transparent. Looks like they are operating with impunity

Sort changed by one item

Delivery arrived as promised but I bought an electric fire with a buy one get one free, ended up with only one! Customer service want me to return it which I don’t want to do as pleased with it, so I’ve the choice return it for refund or keep it and lose out on extra appliance!! Not able to speak to anyone, robotic customer service is rubbish

Unprofessional and disappointing…

Unprofessional and disappointing customer service. I ordered items which for my holiday. Kept to wait for a week for the delivery. They were delivered to the wrong address and instead of TikTok shop trying to assist with Royal Mail to locate the items. They processed a refund without my consent. They wasted my time and money. Who cares about the refund? I am to travel in a few days. And I don’t have the things I needed.

Can't even get their basic thing right.....

I wanted to setup Tiktok Shop using my company's Tiktok email and phone number. Apparently the location was defaulted to USA rather than Singapore. I approached their customer service to request to change to Singapore instead, they said they don't have access to change and help with such a simple problem which is a bug on their side to automatically recognize my Singapore Tiktok account as a USA registration.

Then they request for me to set-up Tiktok shop using another email and another phone number. In this day and age, they can't even get this basic thing right and we are talking about AI? What a nonsense company with such poor operations that cant even get the basic thing right. This company need to be taught a lesson, they are getting too big and earning too much money that they forget the foundation. One day the house of cards will come crashing down.

Poor refund/replacement service

I ordered two pairs of fleecy tights. The quality is great and no gripes with any order quality in this case but only one pair arrived and they want proof that I only received one pair and won’t refund without photographic evidence. How do I evidence that I only received one pair? I expected another package to arrive separately so I threw the original packaging away. So I’m out of pocket.

TikTok Shop STEALING Creator Earnings - £900 Withheld 1 Month

1 STAR - TikTok Shop has been withholding my £900 earnings for over 1 month after my account was hacked. I submitted all verification documents TWICE including bank statements, selfie, and address proof. First ticket closed without solution. Second ticket just fake investigations with no timeline. This is THEFT, not poor customer service. Username Doctor00122. I've given 72 hours ultimatum before filing complaints with UK Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and taking legal action. WARNING TO OTHER CREATORS: Be very careful with TikTok Shop payments!

Terrible customer service

Item not delivered to my address it was delivered to random persons address. They dont refund you. They get you to chase royal mail. However as a paying customer they should refund and they should take the issue up with courier they use. This has encouraged me not to buy from tik tok again.

Scam delivery

Do not order from Tik Tok shop they will deliver your parcel to your doorstep not let you know or knock on your door so when you eventually do find out it’s too late as the parcel has been stolen off my doorstep Tik Tok refuse to refund i have had to get my bank to help and give me a charge back Tik Tok have tried to challenge it but due to that fact the only proof of delivery is a picture of my doorstep my bank have enough information to carry on with the charge back and have asked Tik Tok to respond with the proof that I received the order they can’t prove it as it’s just a picture of doorstep so my advice is contact your back for chargeback I was informed that Tik Tok are doing this with all customers who don’t receive their parcels it is clearly theft!
