Avoid Tik Tok shop at all costs

Purchased some Adidas trainers and Polo shirt via Tik Tok shop
Turns out it was a scam
Contacted Tik Tok and they say they are not responsible and refused to refund my money
The items were advertised on Tik Tok so not sure how they can deny any responsibility.
So my advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TIK TOK

Poor customer service Return two items…

Poor customer service Return two items that were bought from Miss May store through TikTokand refused to give me my refund even though I return the two dresses in the same package they came in. They’re refusing to give me back my refund pay the total of $81.60 and got ripped off will never purchase anything from TikTok again. Buyer beware.

Ordered a 3 pack of shorts and a 1 pack…

Ordered a 3 pack of shorts and a 1 pack arrived. Sell claimed that it was only a 1 pack and TiKtok thwarted the refund request when the seller refused a refund. Absolutely criminal.
The company I bought the product from is called ‘follow the trend’ and I would advise keeping clear of both. With your concerns and money in mind.

Honestly what an absolute and utter scam of a company!
I purchased a purse from a luxe retailer on TikTok shop, the item arrived with unexpected damage. I went to report this directly and TikTok provided me with only one option of return - it was a self service return. No idea why, it’s hassle if anything so I’d have preferred a prepaid label! The text said I need to pay and claim reimbursement via TikTok as it was faulty.Nevertheless I sent this off. It literally said ‘return and come back to support for a refund of postage’ or in so many words. I did all this, retained the receipt, kept screenshots of their promises but they declined every single request. They have been narcissistic, they lied, misled, refused to take accountability and tried to blame it on the system. I am out of pocket for a faulty item. I’ll never buy from them again, think twice before you do too. Very poor service, lots of ignorance, staff lack ability to problem solve or even understand plain English. Frustrating, I won’t leave it there though because they need to be held accountable!

Horrendous experience

I placed an order. It said delivered but I never got it. I spoke with customer service about it and that was awful. The worst customer service experience I'd ever had. They refused to refund me, saying I needed to give them camera surveillance evidence that it wasn't delivered. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Then they insulted me with a$5 coupon good for only 7 days. I will never order from them again. If I could give a negative score I definitely would.

Fraudulent Refund Claims - Refusal to return 109.99€

TikTok Shop is refusing to refund my 109.99€. Their system claims they issued a refund on March 7th, which is impossible because I only paid the invoice via Klarna on March 30th. I have bank statements proving this, but the support only sends automated bot replies. I have already filed an official complaint with the German Consumer Protection (Verbraucherzentrale NRW). Order ID: 576863025192082197. This is a scam.

Bad bad customer service most sellers are rude and very unprofessional and lies I never get refunded and never get my items I pay for mostly won’t ever shop here again I will stick to Amazon and eBay and other online shopping never again to much scammers and horrible racist seller who don’t like people of colour

They will steal your money

Be very careful, there are a lot of scam shops on the site and tiktok customer service are not helpful whatsoever, they will call you a "valued customer" whilst they confirm they will not refund you and quote their T&C's. I'll never use them again and would warn others from doing so.

Pure scam, they put loads of things on flash sale for real cheap and claim 'Free shipping' then once about to check out they whack up to around £20,shipping fees 😆😅 Remember if it looks to good to be true,..it usually is and these jokers top the bill.

Order some bits of tt shop delivery driver dumped them on my door step in fall view didn’t even try to hide them in the photo and they have been nicked got on to tt shop and they didn’t approve it so now I’m the one out of pocket so so wrong should refund me and get on to there delivery driver about it SO EVERYONE GO GET THE SAME STUFF OF TEMU AT LEAST IT ARRIVES AND ITS THE SAME STUFF👍🏻👍🏻😂😂😂😂

I have been tryDisastrous Support - Robotic Incompetence & Financial Lossing to register my UK…

I have been trying to register my UK company (FZ GLOBAL VENTURES LTD) on TikTok Shop for a long time. Despite providing a clear Passport and official Business License, their automated system keeps claiming a 'name mismatch' between the documents. The name is exactly the same on ALL documents. There is zero difference.

Their support is purely robotic, sending the same templates over and over again without actually looking at the documents. They are causing me financial loss and wasting my time. If you are a serious business owner, stay away from TikTok Shop’s incompetent verification process. I demand a HUMAN review immediately!

Shop Tiktok is an experience to avoid!

Wasted my money on 3 tier tomato grower, so badly made that it was impossible to assemble. ( The holes are too small for the rods) The hassle of trying to communicate with any elusive customer services to return it as being worthless looks like a scam tactic designed to just rip us off.

Had parcel that was delivered to me from TikTok shop which I didn’t order it had some else’s name on it raise this issue with TikTok customer support they told me to hold on to the parcel until they done there investigation and do not give it to the owner if they come so I replied ok with in ten minutes the owner of the parcel to collect it told them couldn’t have it because TikTok shop customer support had told me to keep hold of it until they done there investigation if she contacted them to say it’s her parcel they should let give to the right full owner the owner says that the TikTok seller has but the wrong door number on the delivery label instead of her door she told me the belong to her daughter it was off her account. Just now 21:50pm TikTok shop customer support have decided to closed the issue without resolution of the issue so I decided to give the parcel ti the rightful owner in the morning.TikTok shop are joke they like taking ur money but when you want raise an issue or make a complaint they just treat customers like trash they don’t even

Too easy to get scammed even using PayPal

I ordered two cases of 2025 football cards from the TikTok shop. Ended up receiving a pack with 3 cards in it. When I tried to do a return I discovered my account was blocked and deactivated so I cannot access my order. I tried doing a refund through PayPal but it says I must contact the seller and the TikTok shop contact PayPal provides says it is invalid.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a winter coat and it has disappeared into the evri hole. Tik tok customer service awful, seller useless. Have asked for a refund but I know they have no intentions of giving me a refund they are making every excuse in the book. First and last time using tik tok shop.
