This app has so many illegitimate sellers. I will never purchase from them again. From products that are not what you purchase to fraudulent shipping labels. Don't trust this app.

Bought of them before no problems but now due to courier evri not delivering my parcels shown a door which is not mine put in a claim being rejected no reason why total scam and thief’s don’t bother just seems they want to steal your money and use crap couriers evri to say they delivered when they ain’t will be taking it further they ain’t getting away with it about time these scam company’s got closed down

The sizing is always wrong, 3 orders was wrong I didn’t send back, last order was the worst, sizing and fabric, I try to send back but Tik Tok gave me a lot of BS, never again, they punch of scammers.

TikTok Shop is a SCAM
This is a complete nightmare and a total scam. I had four orders fulfilled and shipped through Shopify with valid tracking numbers. Despite having proof of shipment and tracking showing the products were on their way, TikTok's system wouldn't let me enter the tracking information.

4 of my orders were already scheduled to be delivered or had been delivered before the due date. But because of TikTok's glitchy policy system, that if you're not aware of, they will make it YOUR FAULT!, all four orders were automatically canceled.

Now I'm out of the money for the products I sent, the money I paid for shipping, and the customers have been refunded by TikTok. This platform is a complete joke and has cost me a lot of money and time. If you're a creator or seller, DO NOT USE TIKTOK SHOP. You will lose money, and they will not help you. I tried their "CHAT SUPPORT" -just as pathetic as their platform. I'M CLOSING MY SHOP! 30 day notice has been given.

Having read the reviews at 92% negative, I'm glad I looked it up before purchasing! In particular, I was looking to purchase Kaigum Xylitol Natural Gum and some people are offering the product 50% off, how can they do that?

Someone used my address/ identity off Tiktok as part of a scam. They use these identity to make fake profiles with fake reviews, in order to get people to buy their products.
Don't use!!!

Tiktok shop should be closed and banned

Beware of UK comforts selling fake products on tiktok when you return them they do not refund. They ask you to remove negative comments first. They are very rude and even put laughing emojis on their emails.Avoid

Yeah have to agree with everyone here, TikTok are absolutely useless and I will never be using them again .

I’ve had multiple experiences with this problem now. Parcels are often left outside by evri/amazon and TikTok shop never takes responsibility. They tell me to contact evri or amazon? But they cannot give me any help or refund me that’s TikTok shops’s responsibility. They deflect and are happy for you to give them money and not receive goods paid for. Can’t ever speak to anyone at TikTok shop only a bot. AWFUL!!!

Ordered Ad blu . Never arrived. Avoid Avoid

I haven't been able to shop from TikTok for almost six months. They claimed that I have a chargeback/dispute, but they can't provide any evidence. No one from customer support is capable of resolving this. Time to move on to another platform.

I ordered 2 products that never arrived with no explanation as to why. I finally reached someone to track the order. After it was verified, they said my money would be refunded. After waiting a week for my refund, I contacted them again. They told me they had credited the money back to TikTok shop and I could reorder. I didn't appreciate that since they didn't have my consent to keep the money which was $77.77. I wanted the refund back to my credit card. After reordering my products (again). I received a less quality brand which is not what I originally ordered. Underhanded move on TikTok shop. I will never order from them again.

7/28 Kiala Nutrition Super Greens.Cancelled immediately told too late had been shipped. Received unboxed package.Was told will be refunded full $37.66, no need to return along with $3.80 coupon for my inconvenience.
Have not received any $37.66 refund yet!

Never ending problems, they hire people to do live chat without the ability to do anything to help. In past few months I have ordered 2 orders that was to be dispatched from TikToks own warehouse, items ordered during 90% off sale. Order we never dispatched, told me I had to wait I asked them not to cancel my orders due to them being highly discounted and now at full price. 5 days later they automatically cancelled my order both of them. Lost a couple hundred £ worth of Xmas gifts. Ordered gym leggings but they sent the wrong size, I am disabled and was forced to go to the post office to return the leggings I was given no home collection option. I had to pay again for the item to ensure I got the wrong size again… both times fulfilled by TikTok. Also another order sent wrong items had to pay again for a 2nd order only for that to be wrong too. It’s just issues constantly. The live agent did nothing to help and told me my orders were cancelled to protect my account from fraud. Obviously a lie, they messed up. Agent was not very pleasant and closed the chat on my because I asked why they were cancelled because it’s definitely not fraud issues. I spend approx £3,000 per month on TikTok shop but I refuse to shop on TikTok again. Going to the sellers own external website is the way forward for me now. No sellers have ever messed up the thousands of orders I placed it’s always TikTok on fulfilment centre. I will take my business where it’s wanted

If i could give them zero stars, i would!! Completely and utterly USELESS!! I’ve been paying more for items off other sites because nobody has been able to help me for weeks now, and I’m just done!!

Impossible to contact!!!!!
I returned 4 items and only received a refund for 1 (the cheapest) - they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. I’ve emailed several times and also messaged on X as Apparently that’s the best way to contact them but still no response.
This is the first and last time I will ever order from Tiktok shop
