Excellent Quality and Low Prices
I purchased the Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X about a year ago and it is brilliant. The joystick, throttle and 12 programmable buttons are perfect for flight simulators such as FSX and X-Plane 11. Thrustmaster’s products are also usually quite cheap compared to its competitors but offer identical quality. The product was delivered on time and it has remained in flawless condition ever since. I definitely recommend Thrustmaster for not only joysticks but also steering wheels and other products produced by the company. I will definitely be buying from them again.

The SLOWEST support ever
The SLOWEST support ever. They have never responded to an email without me calling first after waiting several days for a response. My TX wheel has totally failed twice in 2 years. The first time it even started smoking.
They've even banned me from reviewing their products on Amazon. So they can't even take the criticism. I have a feeling they're actually getting a lot of negative reviews removed from Amazon since the average score has gone from around a 3 star average to above a 4.4 stars.
