Unfortunately I do not speak Italian yet I was able to order a beautiful gold pendant from my home in California, USA. The ordering & correspondance was translated to English as were the DHL delivery notifications. The pendant was beautifully wrapped to give as a gift. Alot of thought was put into the presentation. The best part was I received the pendant in 3 days! Which is unbelievable. I am so impressed and happy with everything.
