The delivery was super fast
The delivery was super fast, chair is great, very worth the money spent
Excellent sales experience
They decided to no longer assist me me…
They decided to no longer assist me because I asked too many questions?
Who doesn't ask questions when you spend $1000.
I assumed they are like Canada Goose, Dyson, etc customer service. Which I was wrong.
So my plan to upgrade the chair to more expensive model is out the door.

The leap is awesome but the delivered chair seems a demo which has some defects. I don’t know why I paid for new and got demo.

Good product
Good service and product. Delivery was quite late and not on time however.
Very comfy chair, Bad pick up service.
The chair is very comfy and supportive at lumbar, decent adjustments to fit my sitting habit.
However, the pick up service of the order is no good. The location of the pick up is confusing, which is a warehouse with restricted access. The staff at the warehouse is rude and not professional, they violently squeeze the chair into my trunk and forced closing my trunk which left marks.
High Quality Product
Excellent service, great chair
Easy to order, arrived in good condition and quickly and easy to put together. Great chair and a good price!
Good quality chair and speedy delivery.
Luke Irving is outstanding!
Worth it
Great, comfy chairs! Worth the money. Excellent customer service and quick delivery.
Due to Steel Case auto default setting…
Due to Steel Case auto default setting of address in email reply, the display of my order is in "New Territorires" and get your staff to reply as below
"Sorry for the confuse, Kowloon and New Territories location delivery schedule are same. "
So, I really suggest your guys to upgrade your system for auto reply and customer service side reply for delivery.
Your brand is equal to high quality, so I want to pay a premium price for my Sister's X'max gift. But, I quite disappointed with your arrangement.
Anyway, your chair quality is good, and I will consider buying it next time, hopefully, it will be the same quality level with better service in your UK side operation.
Returning product was painful
Returning product was painful! I would not recommend purchasing from Steelcase directly, but through a reseller instead. After delivery I unpacked the chair from the box, and the chair itself was fine, but soon learned that my muscle pain was medical and not related to my previous chair. When I wanted to send it back, I contacted their customer service who responded after 48 hours and not allow me to return it to the warehouse, costing $110 in courier fees, and then charged a restocking fee in addition of $50 for a total cost of $160 simply to receive and return the chair. I don't think it is fair or reasonable to charge that much (or anything) for the return of an item. A $50 restocking fee, for a perfect condition, brand new chair was excessive. If I ever decide to change my chair again, I'll be going through a reseller.
Not built to last
I purchased Steelcase's flagship chair the Gesture for $2000, and after 6 months the threads on the fabric started coming loose. They informed me that this is "normal wear and tear" and they can't do anything about it. If this is the level of build quality on their flagship chair I couldn't even imagine the bad build quality on their other chairs. I would suggest going with Herman Miller or Haworth instead.
Brilliant product and excellent customer service.
The chair had a noisy creak when leaning back, but customer service was very clear, thorough and quick with the warranty claim. Extremely satisfied with my product.
It’s been 30days for the date or order…
It’s been 30days for the date or order and I haven’t received the chair yet.
