Mostly smooth return
Ive always had good experiences with shop.simon. this time the sneakers i ordered, fulfilled by adidas, were totally lopsided. They wouldnt have even fit the same, they were visually super different. Shop.simon facilitated the return w. No hassle. Turning a 2 star product into a much better experience.
Updated i needed to send several follow up emails regarding my return. Refund originally held back shipping for a defective product until I followed up again to complain. Just double check your reciepts etc.

The return policy at ShopSimon is frustrating. They always deduct money from the refund, which makes the whole process feel unfair. Because of this, I feel hesitant to place future orders, even if I like the products. A more customer-friendly return policy would definitely improve the shopping experience.
