Dress came used/altered and a week late
Dress came a week late. Dress was altered, one side higher than other and snags on the Dress. Asked for shipping label to return and was told no. Disputing charges with my credit card. No longer shopping on this site.

Not too pleased with the outcome
I appreciated the prompt response of the team, however I was dissatisfied with how the company wasn't able to replace the two charms that were missing from my coach bag. Whoever packed the item messed up and now I'm missing two charms thst should of been shipped with the bag. So if I want those charms I have to purchase them from coach which isn't fair. Your company offered me $30 refund and thats it! I want my missing charms to be mailed to me.
