Item arrived quickly
Item arrived quickly. I was worried as a second hand black shirt it may have been faded, but the colour was still good. Advice to Shelter - put a leaflet about the charity in with the item saying what you do etc.

Had the most fun shopping both instore and online some great items and prices to match whilst cutting my carbon footprint. Recieved all goods Very well packed and looked after. Everything above average quality some new and second hand items. Easy to navigate online and instore they kept an item for me for a little while. Very much appreciated, thank you very much!

Bought a dress and took a chance on the size. Fitted really well, very happy. The site is easy to use, delivery is quite fast, item was sensibly and economically packaged and packaging is recyclable.
