5 months later and 20 messages exchanged with the customer support
I placed an order on the 4th of December. The website read that it might take longer to deliver the orders around Christmas and also due to the Corona virus it takes more time to get your oder to your door.
I never received the order I made, even though they dispatched it a second time. The second one didn't appear either. I asked for a coupon code so I could place a new order and maybe change the delivery address to another country where I have relatives. ( Since I live in Eastern Europe I thought maybe the package kept getting lost) However, when trying to place a new order and applying the coupon code, I get an error message that an error occurred while trying to place the order. I contacted my bank and it said it's not a fault on their end, there is nothing wrong with the card. I contacted the customer support to ask them for solutions and they told me to use a different browser. Now guess if that worked? Five months later and I still don't have the package with me.
