zero stars

zero stars - bought a new sensormatic tower and paid over $1k for install. Never worked right. $800 to have serviced even though it has only been used for a few hours.

Poor Customer service

Very difficult to get a hold of. Have emailed multiple different emails within the company and nothing. Sometimes emailing immediately back after they have reached out and get radio silence. When we have tried to place orders they have taken weeks to come. Would not recommend their product.

Worst tech support line

Worst tech support line I've ever encountered. 3 different people tried getting tech help through the email and I myself tried with 2 different email accounts. Its atrocious and quite unacceptable in my opinion. We have been waiting for months for a reply and nothing. We are currently looking into other avenues. Would never recommend!

eCommerce limitation

The product itself is good. But there is some limitation when ordering through eCommerce. I wish there is a choice when one can apply collect account for freight, and attached document for sales exempt certificate.

I'm starting to believe I got taken by a scammer...

I'm starting to believe I got taken by a scam website set up to prey on small businesses new to loss prevention products....

Placed an order for tags 3 weeks ago. Received a ship confirmation a week later. Ten days after that, the tracking info they sent shows no shipment has been sent yet.

Email, no replies. Call, no ability to navigate their phone system without knowing an actual name to dial by. can't even press zero for an operator.

I'll file a fraud claim with our bank this week.

I NEED A SERVICE TECH TO COME OUT AND FIX SOMETHING. I CAN NOT FIND A PHONE NUMBER, SUBMITTED SOMEHTING ON LINE, WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH ME HAVE HEARD NOTHING.

Have not received invoice or order

Have not received invoice or order. However, my card was charged. Also, very difficult to get a hold of. Tried several different numbers and cannot seem to speak with anyone that can help.
